Pedagogy Planning

In this interactive white board activity, the children will touch the board to drag different
coins to a piggy bank and learn about how different coins can add to make the assigned
amount.

Activity This will be used as the Math activity during centers. This
activity will be on the smart board. For this center station,
there will be a group of no more than four students, three
would be better if possible. For this activity there will be a list
of money amounts that the group of students will need to
make during their allotted time at this center station. Using a
mixture of the four coins to the side of the screen, students

will drag the coins needed into the piggy bank. They will cycle
through the list of amounts until their time at the station is up.
