SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY

BE IT KNOWN TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME that I, Mr. AJAY MADAN
KAMATH aged about 58 years, holder of Income tax PAN: AFSPK0888D, residing at
……………………………………, hereinafter referred to as the “EXECUTANT” (which shall include my heirs,
legal representatives, administrators, executors and permitted assigns),

WHEREAS I am the co-owner and/or well and sufficiently entitled to the properties mentioned in the
schedule written hereunder (hereinafter for sake of brevity and convenience shall be called and referred to as
the “SAID PROPERTY”).

WHEREAS due to my professional/personal commitment, I am required to stay away from

Maharashtra/India.

WHEREAS in the circumstances above it is expeditious and also I am desirous of executing a power
of attorney in favour of my brother Mr. SUDESH MADANMOHAN KAMATH, aged about 57 years, holder of
Income tax PAN: ADRPK3584D, an adult, addressed at Flat No. C/1103, Fressia Ranibello, Pathan Wadi,
Malad (East), Mumbai 400097 and I do hereby appoint Mr. SUDESH MADANMOHAN KAMATH, (hereinafter
referred to as the said “ATTORNEY”) as my true and lawful attorney to act on my behalf.

NOW KNOW YE ALL AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that I for myself, my heirs, administrators,
legal representatives do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint Mr. SUDESH MADANMOHAN KAMATH, as
my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and on my behalf, and at my cost and risk to do, execute
and perform all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things written hereunder that is to say:-

1. To execute Gift Deed in respect of the said Property in favour of my and present the same for
registration and to admit execution of the said Gift Deed before the Sub-Registrar of Assurances
Borivali Taluka, Mumbai Suburban District and/or any officer appointed under the Indian Registration
Act, 1908 for the time being in force and having jurisdiction over the area of the said Property.

2. To execute any other affidavits, indemnity bond, forms etc. that may be required for the effective
transfer of my proportional undivided share and interest in the said Property alongwith the proportional
undivided shares, right, title and interests in capital/property of the society and/or for the purpose of
registration of Gift Deed.

This POWER OF ATTORNEY has been executed by the EXECUTANT without any monetary
consideration whatsoever.

AND I the abovenamed Mr. AJAY MADAN KAMATH do hereby undertake to ratify whatever the Attorney
under this power in that behalf herein before contained may lawfully do or cause to be done in and by virtue of
the presents, a photograph of my constituted attorney is affixed herein below for identification and confirmation.

Flat No. 1103 admeasuring 62.55 sq. mtrs. carpet area (as per RERA) equivalent to 59.92 sq. mtrs.
carpet area (as per plans approved by the MCGM) on the Eleventh Floor in the C Wing alongwith
exclusive right to use 1(one) Car parking in the building to be known as Fressia Ranibello situated at
Pathan Wadi, Malad (East), Mumbai 400097”, constructed on land(s) or ground(s) bearing CTS No. 815 &
843 (new CTS No. 815/1B) situate, lying and being at Malad (East), Taluka Borivali in the registration
district and sub district of Mumbai Suburban, within the assessment jurisdiction of “P/North” ward of the
MCGM.
