STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RECLASSIFICATION

OF POSITIONS IN DEPED REGION XI

1. Attached is Regional Memorandum No. 017, s. 2021 dated March 19, 2021 entitled
“Strengthening the Reclassification of Positions in DepEd RO XI”.

2. The above-mentioned Memorandum is issued to strengthen and efficiently

implement the reclassification and advance the career profession of teaching
personnel and school heads of DepEd RO XI.

3. Requests for reclassification shall be accepted by this Office any day of the year.
However, only those with complete documentary requirements who are qualified
based on the guidelines and while funding requirements for the payment of salary
differentials are still available shall be processed.

4. Applicants shall submit his/her application in one folder containing all the required
documents and the number of copies.
