This Region shall adopt the Equivalents Record Form (ERF) and Reclassification Evaluation Application Process Flow and Timelines as contained in Enclosure No. |; b. To ensure uniformity and conformity with the department's issuances, the list of basic documentary requirements for Reclassification of ‘leaching and School Head Positions is contained in Enclosure No. 2; and The number of promoted and reclassified teachers shall be incorporated in the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRP) of the Sehools Division Superintendents and School Principals as a performance indicator under the KRA - Human Resource Management and Development. 2.
