1. What made you decide to “stop”, “wait”, and “go”?


 I want to stop my Insecurities and the disappointments that I have because I know
it is not good for me. I am setting aside my hobby which is watching Korean
novellas and playing online games because there is something that I need to focus
on. Furthermore, I am grateful and blissful for the happiness, health, love and
faith that I have.
2. How do these different feelings affect what you do and think? How does it affect how
you treat others? How you treat yourself?
 I stop those negative thoughts that I have because I know it will affect me and
even the people who surrounds me. The way I treat myself and to them there were
all negativities, full of hates, anger and resentment.
3. How did you pick the things you were grateful for?
 I am grateful for the things that I’ve listed on top because that’s what I have for
now. I just based on what I am feeling today.
4. Who were the people behind the thing you are grateful for?
 Definitely my Family, Friends, and my Boyfriend they were my strengths.
5. What would you like to say to these people?
 I just want to thank all of them for all the sacrifices and love that they gave to me.

 Just continue to live happy with faith and love, accept people onto my life.

4. Next, think about the things you were grateful on this day LAST WEEK. Do the same
