4. Subject objectives
Provide general knowledge of the international financial environment and focus on the
aspect of financial management of a multinational corporation.
Equip deep knowledge about MNC's financial transfer mechanism in terms of exchange
rates.
Equip with theoretical basis and some practical situations illustrating financial
management of multinational companies.
Providing modern tools and techniques for financial management and multinational
financial planning.

Applying problem-solving skills, critical thinking and decision-making skills combined
with the tools used in making financial decisions to solve real-world situations.
5. Output Knowledges
Understand the rules of intrusion, withdraw, build MNC's market and production market
network from the aspect of exchange rate.
Identify the transformation of the global financial environment and assess the
opportunities and challenges from this change to MNC's business in the future.
