Vedic Curd Rice


This Vedic Curd Rice can be made with following Milks

1. Vedic Groundnut/Peanut Milk


2. Vedic Sesame (Til) Milk
3. Vedic Badam Milk
4. Vedic Coconut Milk

This document is made as per 1 devotee requirement, kindly multiply accordingly.

How to make the Milk?


1. Soak 250 gms Peanuts in water from 9PM to 9AM.
2. Next day around 9AM, kindly strain the water, put all the peanuts in wet muslin cloth & hang it for oxidation to
attract good bacteria till 7/9PM. (9AM – 9PM)
3. Now to make milk kindly put the peanuts in the mixer & pour the required amount of water, so that we can get
thicker milk as much as possible. Repeat it till we get thicker milk. (approx. 2-3 times)
4. Now take the nice muslin cloth, put this pulp & remove milk by pressing it. (basically straining)
5. Now do the indirect heating of this milk by keeping the milk vessel in the hot water vessel.
6. Now Peanut Milk is ready for use.

Note:-

1. Under Doctor`s advice you can consume individually or use this milk for making Curd rice.
2. You can make all the above mentioned varieties of milks in the same procedure except the coconut milk.
3. For making coconut milk, take white thick pulp of wet coconut & make the paste along with the required
amount of water & then strain the milk through cloth.

How to make Vedic Curd Rice?

1. Cook the Rice with excess water and strain the water once rice is sufficiently soft as per the requirement for
making the curd rice (i.e for example 1 cup of rice put 10-15 cups of water).
2. Bring the Rice to luke warm temperature by spreading on bigger size flat plate, add 10 black peppers, 10 curry
leaves, 5 methi seeds, pinch of salt, 1 green chilli broken into 2 pieces. (all these should be kept with hand as
good bacteria enters the rice)
3. Now add the luke warm temperature Peanut Milk till we get semi viscous thickness.
4. Now add little curd for curdling & put wet cloth on it.
5. By next day early morning curd rice is ready, just add Chauk/Seasoning as per your need along with the salt.

Note:-

1. Kindly note that we can keep fermented dosa batter instead of Curd to avoid lactic acid bacteria.
2. Just put some okras till head deep in the rice for attracting the good bacteria’s and remove the okaras next day
early morning before seasoning / chauk.
3. Consume this curd rice within 4 hrs as it is sattvik, after 4hrs its rajasik, tamasic.
4. It is called as Chadiannam in vedic life (it looks like fermented food but, its not as lot of living organisms are
which are good bacteriea are there).
5. In this vedic milk contains crores of crores of good spiritual souls they digest all the food in to nano particles i.e
this Vedic milk, vedic curd rice can be used by these who are having hyper acidity ,GE Syndrome, Crohns disease,
IBS, Dyspepia, indigestion, Gas, belching, bloating, lack of clarity in mind, excessive flatus, lactose intolerance,
mentally distubance, more pitta prakrutti persons, Vitamin D deficiency, B12 deficiency, Demineralized persons,
Bio availability calcium, high proteins with topmost quality, Kwashiorkor, marasmus, indigestion issues/person it
supplies good intestinal flora.
