Custom Powered Armor

Imp Sensor Targeting Suite & Quickness trait[Uses the Vehicle Interface system
to hook into the TAP, allowing him full access to all communications & sensors,
including visual augmentations at all times the full helmet is worn]: Provides
advanced communication (scrambled radio with a range 20-miles), Laser comm.
systems with a line of sight range & a Holo - Communications System[300 mile range]
The Grav-Com triples normal range of all communications systems, but can only be
detected & read by a system with similar capabilities. Full sensor suite with HUD
readouts incorporating chemical, 360 degree radar, thermal imaging, active night
vision, Passive Night vision, “Passive” Advanced Thermal Imaging & Gravity Sights,
50× magnification optics, and Passive audio pickups that can catch whispers at 100
yards—grants +2 die to Notice rolls[Boosted trait via the sensors]. Darksight[the
gravity sights etc] eliminates 6 points of Illumination penalties & enables him to see
in pitch darkness. Hyper reality via the tap, on board targeting & Gyroscopic systems
in the form of edges etc. & increased reaction capabilities[speed power] negate Multi
Action, Unstable Platform & Running penalties & when making RoF 1[3RB &
double tap included] attacks the sharpshooter also adds +1 to attack or can ignore up
to 4 additional points of Called Shot, Cover, Range, Scale or Speed penalties when
Shooting, additionally if he doesn’t move for the turn he gains an additional +1 to
shooting or 2 points of penalty negation the first attack.
Embedded Combat Coding[10 Warriors Gifts]: The specialized training and
capabilities of combat edges are wired directly into the armors systems via the use of
gyroscopic stabilization systems, combat computers etc. Imp Dodge, Combat
Reflexes[Enhanced Trauma Systems below], Dead Shot, Steady Hands, Double Tap,
Marksman, Sharp-shooting, Trick Shooting, Imp. Trademark Weapons[the energy
pistol & the Electro-Magnetic Shotgun/Battle Rifle, sensors etc are pre calibrated for
linking with the sensors etc built into these weapons]
UEL Systems[1 in each arm] take 1 round to sync up with any pistols or other hand
held energy weapons specially modified to use the system & provide unlimited power
as well as linking them with the armor & his cybernetic systems. During this round
Imp Trademark Weapons +2 shooting does not apply & the weapon will draw on it’s
internal ammunition supply
Power System: Dimensionally Enhanced Hafnium Carbide fusion reactor with a 1
year power supply
Exoskeleton: Sci-Fi companion for base frame he augmented. It enhances an
individual’s core Strength by +2 steps & the strength is enhanced to Robotic Levels
so it is MD capable. Reduces the wearers fatigue by raising Vigor 2 steps via Boost
Trait powers. The Exo-skeleton is designed for mobility with + 2 die to athletics[from
the enhanced reactions agility etc.] & +2 to stealth[from the MDC silk & anechoic
rubber coating making his movement silent via silence power] & boost trait powers
Speed with Quickness modifier: Doubles his pace[20] & run die[d10] results &
eliminates 2 points of Multi-Action Penalties[included in sensors & targeting systems
bonuses]
Armor with More & Heavy Armor Modifiers: MD Smartsuit & Hood have 2, but
when the armor plating is deployed it adds 2 to both the body & helmet for a total of 4
Protection with Toughness, Hardy & more protection modifiers:+1 base from size
bonus +6 from protection power +1 from vigor enhancements[8], additional Shaken
results have no effect if the character is already Shaken. Helmet toughness is equal to
the armors. The toughness received a bonus from the reinforced frame with smart
shock gel padding & the addition of the MDC nano weave anechoic rubber & demon
spider silk layered into the smart suit[Armor, Protection & Silence powers]
Invisibility & Arcane Protection Field: Force Field, reduces all magic damage by 4
& hostile powers suffer a -4 penalty to attack him. Any action taken against him that
requires sight is made at −4. The same penalty applies to Notice rolls to detect the
unseen presence. Can only have one field active at a time & it takes one round to
cycle between fields
Cloaking Field & Conceal Arcana with Shroud:Makes the caster nearly
untrackable by sensors even when actively radiating radio, infra red or radar signals.
He is at -4 to be seen, tracked attacked, etc by any high tech or magic systems
including security systems, powered armor, even cybernetic vision & gravitic systems,
but it only applies to magical or high tech sensors & tracking systems, radio
triangulation etc.. Shrouds light bending effect reduces opponents visual attack rolls
against him by 1 & adds 1 to his stealth rolls Can only have one field active at a time
& it takes one round to cycle between fields
Advanced Vocal capabilities[loudspeakers etc]
Telekinitic Leaps via Telekinesis: Gravitic systems allow it to jump twice the
normal vertical & horizontal distances[needs at least 1” to leap]. uses telekinesis
power, see below in the flight systems
Variable Appearance & Dimenional Warping Systems:The armor appears to be a
heavy rubber smart suit[2 of the suits armor pg 17 Sci-Fi companion] & back
pack/harness system with a simple load bearing exo skeleton[Multiple Boost Traits
built in], but when activated the armor will fit itself to him in a single round. The
padding, shock suppression & life support systems make this suit so comfortable he
can comfortably sleep in it & recycling systems enable him to effectively live in his
armor for weeks at a time, he will however, begin to stink after a couple of days if he
does not remove & clean both the armor & himself. This process takes approximately
thirty minutes every other day. It looks exactly like one of the most common NG
models, so guards etc. have a -2 to notice it as anything besides standard wilderness
/survival gear while in this form. As a Smart suit it adds +2 to resist Cold/Heat/
Starvation & Thirst. With the helmet up it becomes full environmental powered armor
with a 120 hr air supply & re-breather. When the full armor is deployed he can warp
the dimensional fabric thus making the world appear to grow larger as he shrinks from
his normal size 1 down to -2 or any size in between[both he & the armor lose 1
toughness per level shrunk, 2 at size 0, 4 at -1 & -6 toughness at size -2]
Wall Walker[Mono-Filament Hairs, Suction Cups etc.] With these gloves, knee
pads, and shoe-tips, a user can climb any sort of sheer surface—from smooth glass to
rough stone. The character makes climbing rolls as usual but ignores penalties for the
surface. The system also adds +2 to the user’s climbing Pace.
Re-breather & environmental systems: A face mask that provides 120 hours of
breathable air and adds +4 to resist harmful gases or harmful atmospheres. It includes
significant improvements to the environmental system adding +1 vigor checks vs
atmospheric toxins. If the atmosphere or a liquid environment contains the being’s
required air (such as oxygen), the re-breather can run indefinitely by simply filtering
out harmful gases instead, but is only active with the helmet deployed.
Aquatic[the rebreather systems & internal gravimetric buoyancy control systems
allow the suit to swim at full movement pace by using the glide suit in a motion
similar to the way a manta ray swims]
Enhanced Trauma & Med Systems: Automated systems within the suit are loaded
with minor antibiotics, stimulants, and anesthetics designed to keep a soldier alive
after suffering trauma. It has a d8 Healing and adds +2[+4 with Combat Reflexes- see
above] to recover from being Shaken and resisting Bleeding Out. Additionally it has a
hypo spray that automatically injects the wearer with a nanite solution if the
computers detect that the occupant of the suit is incapacitated. It will heal 1 level of
wound[via healing power] per use & contains 5 shots. It can also be triggered by the
trooper at will
Glide Suit & Anti Gravity system: A custom lightweight “retractable” folding wing
suit that allows a user to glide extended distances at high speed—Pace 48 (120 mph),
Climb –1. Distance is doubled from roughly 10 to 20 times the height at which it
launched by the use of gravitics, so the user could glide a maximum of twenty miles
from a mile-high peak (he can’t gain significant altitude without shrinking to size -1
or smaller). The Piloting skill is used for maneuvering and landing. A failed landing
roll results in 3d6 damage. Telekinesis powers gravity reduction allows him to gain
altitude using gravitic waves like a bird riding thermals by using shrink, reducing his
weight & riding graviton particles. He can maintain an equivalent ground speed of 90
MPH by gaining altitude then gliding at high speed, gaining altitude again &
repeating the cycle, 120 MPH during a glide. The Anti Gravity System reduces the
effects of gravity enabling him to reduce his apparent weight by up to 400 lbs
Mono-Molecular Silver Garrotte in left wrist: Smite w/AP[6], lingering damage &
heavy weapon built in str +d4+2 @ the beginning of each round, does lingering
damage of str+2 from bleeding
Garrotte - Using a garrote requires making a Grappling attack at -4 to hit the throat
(making it most useful when combined with the Drop to negate the penalty). If
successful, the grappler gains a +4 to Strength (not Agility) for opposed rolls against
his target for the duration of the grapple. Targets of a garrotte must make a Vigor roll
at -4 to be able to speak in any way; yelling requires a raise on the roll.
The bonus makes it harder to escape a garrotte once placed, and it makes it more
likely the grappler will get a success or raise on his roll to do damage if he chooses.
If it is a wire garrotte, then make the damage Str+d4.
