AGREEMENT FOR MANPOWER SUPPLY

This agreement is made on 01/06/2018 between Mr. Chandan Kumar Jha on behalf of CHANDANNITAM SECURITY AND UTILITY
SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Corporate Office located at Shop No. 20, Buddh Vihar Mkt, Near SBI Bank, Madnagir, New Delhi-
110062 (herein after called First Party) and Mr. Ashish Sharma on behalf of RAO EDUSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED located at
RAO IIT Acadamy, A-1/173A, FIRST FLOOR, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-110058 (herein after called Second Party)

1. First Party is in the business of supplying security guards, Housekeeping Staff and all other kinds of manpower services.
2. The Second Party has approached the First Party to provide the following personnel to work in the their premises on the
following conditions:-
a) Security Guard (5) Rs.76,000/-(Rupees Seventy Six Thousand only)
Per person Rs. 15,200/- only Per Month, for Rao IIT Acadamy Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058

(b) Houskeeping (2) , One at Rao IIT Acadamy, Shop No. 2,3, Picnic Spot Road, Khurram Nagar, Lucknow- 226022
and Other at Rao IIT Acadamy Thane, Maharashtra

With Rate of Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 12,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand and Rupees Twelve
Thousand) Per Month Respectively

Overtime, if any shall be worked out proportionately.

3. The rates given above are subject to the number of resources deployed on the Second Party’s premises. Any change in
the requirement of resources need to be intimated well in advance.
4. Security Guards/Housekeeping Staff/Pantry Boys/Any other Trades man/workers, so provided shall be properly trained
and capable for discharging their laid down duties to the satisfaction of the Second Party.
5. Only police verified person will be provided by the first party.
6. Any loss or theft due to the negligence of the Security Guards the same should be investigated by the representative of
the First and Second party jointly and the result will be intimated to the management for necessary action as deemed
suitable.
7. First Party will raise invoice on 1st day of every month and the Second Party will make the payment as early as possible,
but not later than 7th of every month.
8. GST and TDS as applicable shall be levied on the total billing as per the statutory requirements of the Government.
9. This agreement is made on 01/06/2018 valid for five years. (upto 31/05/2023).
10. Any disputes shall be under Delhi Jurisdictions Only.
11. This agreement have been signed by both the parties in the presence of a known witnesses:-
