Building a world-class team was my primary responsibility upon joining this dyna
mic, early-stage start-up offering Accounts Payable recovery services to Fortune
500 & Fortune 1000 clients. By working closely with the Vice President of Opera
tions and CFO, we collectively achieved record making levels of revenue quarter-
upon-quarter in a highly competitive environment. Responsibilities included mana
ging, motivating and inspiring a 20+ member team through significant change by a
ligning managers and auditors to common goals and the development a comprehensiv
e organizational plan including skill assessment, training, performance measurem
ent, standardized feedback and assessment, formalized mentoring and career devel

* Creation of a training manual and module-based learning format that could be c
