Pierre's Place, Downtown
By Felicity King
Thad heard a lot of good things about Pierre's Place. My friend Lucy told me
about it. She said that it was friendly and old-fashioned, and that the food was
great. So I was really looking forward to eating there, and I wasn't
disappointed.
I chose the French Onion Soup for starters. It had a strong, deep flavor. The
bread that came with it was perhaps the best I have ever eaten.
For my main course, I had the steak. It was perfectly cooked and came with a
delicious sauce. The fries were wonderfully crispy.
I found it difficult to choose dessert. I almost chose the tiramisu, but in the end,
I went for the chocolate mousse. It was amazing!
