Theie is a strong need for MIS it would help not only the managers but also the chairman and
directors to control performance of various department and make appropriate decisions

As MIS is used for planning ,sales forecast or distributor indents or control expenses against budget
purpose .The channel information system works at the sales operational level.

These are the following steps followed by him

Decide what Information is required

Organise information in a manner suitable for interpretation and action

Decide who will use the information when and for what purpose

The purpose of mis is tto provide timely information for decision making .the objectives get
modified based on the type of use of the data the level at which it is used and the impact of the
data on the channel system

Delegation -Delegation means assigning the authority to another person as in this case study it is
given that that the chairman (Mr. deepak Mehta ) has all the authority to make decisions but after
applying delegation in the organization decision can be taken more rapidly which will also help in
growth of of the company in an efficient way.
