DICE CASE REVISITED

Purpose & context

In the midst of the chaos of Otaku giving over ownership of Wansheng Funeral Parlor to
Ubatcha, PatrickStar#5827 informed the general public that Dice would like his case to be
reviewed. Now that the dust has calmed, the new server administration tasked two individuals
not involved in Dice's initial case and with little involvement with Dice himself to review the case.
The responsibility fell upon Teamune#0003 and TK#9231 whose relationship with Dice is
highlighted in the next section.

The scope of the review will be to: explore all existing documents already presented (Case File:
Dice#0110 (ID: 272080648737521664 AKA: “investigation doc”, Dice’s Statement AKA “Dice’s
doc” and witness E full statement AKA “Witness E doc”) which seem to have conflicting
information & proposed a certain narrative. In addition, add in some new testimonies from
specific individuals which may have been relevant to the initial case or may know Dice more
than the reviewers. The final recommendation will be to the administration team of WFP and the
ultimate decision will come to them.

Authors & relation with Dice

● Dice and the authors confirm that they have only a professional relationship between
themselves.
● Teamune as HFS when Dice was admin
● TK as TC Lead when Dice was admin
● Interactions solely for server staff matters (e.g. setting up bot/channel perms)
● Dice statement: “I confirm I have never had and do not have any relations with either
party, TK and Teamune, aside from being fellow staff members and having seldom
interacted with them. Interactions that have occurred are server related as far as I can
remember (Teamune as an HPS, interactions within head staff which can be confirmed
yourself, TK as TC head when setting up dyno for the TC strike system, which can
likewise be confirmed). If any missing interactions/relations are not mentioned, feel free
to correct me.“
How to read this document
● We will be referring to all 3 (Case File: Dice#0110 (ID: 272080648737521664 AKA:
“investigation doc”,Dice’s Statement AKA “Dice’s doc” and witness E full statement AKA
“Witness E doc”) documents in the following sections but mainly focusing on Ren’s
document as a base
● We will also be adding new testimonies obtained as a result of this review including
screenshots, statements from involved parties who may not have been consulted
previously but were present.

Existing document review and challenges

Public VC : “RE: Inappropriate Behaviour in Voice Chats”

Exhibit A:
On the topic of “making moaning sounds” we’d like to clarify the following from Hannah current
HFG:
Exhibit B:

● Dice never did moan and rather it was a joke of bad taste between friends;
● This aligns with Witness F’s and Tyloones#1483’s testimonies;
● In Dice’s doc, there are screenshots of people joking about the “moaning” joke up until
December 31st, a solid 2 weeks after it was first brought up in the investigation doc;
● Furthermore all parties agree that there is no recorded evidence of Dice ever doing this;
● This VC lasted for over 50 days and as Witness E’s testimony states, no one ever
showed discomfort, infact they continued such behaviors for multiple weeks as shown in
the deleted message logs;
● The document Moist published on Aq and Dice’s relationship is not relevant to this public
voice chat and will not be considered.
● Inconsistent behavior from certain members (e.g. Amos) on this topic (page 8, witness
E’s doc; page 8-17, Dice’s doc) make it difficult to believe certain of these statements;
● At worst this being a joke of bad taste, by members then-in power (funeral guards,
admins) should be dealt with for unprofessional behavior (more on this in the conclusion
at the end of this file).

At worst this was a joke that certain parties seemed to stretch into some exaggerated scenario
for a reason that the investigators do not know but seemed to target Dice. What transpired here
is definitively not grounds for a ban and rather a strike according to the moderation/admin
strike system for unprofessional behavior.

Private Server: “RE: Inappropriate Behaviour in Private Server”

Exhibit C:
● The investigation team would like to highlight the inconsistency between the last
sentence in exhibit C and Amos’s behavior in the screenshot below (page 8,
witness E’s doc) considering that this server was created on December 25th 2021 and
even up to a week later this same user was using suggestive remarks towards Dice
himself. This inconsistent behavior makes it impossible to take into account any
testimonies from this user;
Exhibit D:

● On the topic of inconsistent testimonies, Kabir#0001, a demoted now banned member of

WFP shared the following in the Yae Publishing House server:
Exhibit E,F,G:
● The exhibits above show that Kabir#0001 is showing remorse which goes against his
whole testimony in the investigation doc. We therefore once again cannot agree that any
of his statements hold any weight.
Exhibit H:

● Both Amos and Kabir claim that Dice is the only one who knew of the ages of the
members. Dice claims to have left once he found out about their ages AFTER the
images were sent and has supported this with screenshots and time stamps in Dice’s
doc page 7 (Some of them are redacted due to minors being involved)
● Addressing the “Foot fetish” wording:
○ As for the comments on page 5 of the investigation document detailing a
“discussion of foot fetishes”, we discussed with multiple current and ex admin
and moderation team members on this topic. With the exception of “admin feet”
which was a channel in WFP that was started by ex-admin Krusty, the idea of a
foot fetish existing within the admins or moderation team itself is false and
unproven. The reason we are interested in this is because the creator of the
server (Kabir) as well as Dice were both moderation team members at the time.
We’ve compiled statements from parties that have been within the
moderation/admin team for significant periods to back this up and also had a
detailed look at “feet” topics within mod chats which returned very few results
from Dice’s side and overall the majority of mentions were to add ”feet” to
fetishes in the WFP rules.
Exhibits I,J,K,L:
● Now that the Investigation team has established that there is indeed no foot footish in
WFPs moderation and admin team, let’s re-examine what happened here.
● Facts:
○ This happened in a private server outside WFP where none of those present
were in a position of power over another;
○ At least 4 legally identified adults (Amos, Dice, Kabir1, Sowan) received pictures
of feet in a private server/group chat;
○ While not having expected to actually receive these images, dice does admit to
jokingly insinuating that they send them, daring them that they wouldn’t etc.
○ These feet pictures turned out to be those of minors, which to the investigations
team’s knowledge, none of the adults had known beforehand;
○ Once Dice found out, he unfriended the minors and left the group chat;
● Given these facts, it's clear that at a minimum all four of these adults are responsible for
what transpired here and not Dice alone.
● Dice should be judged as an administrator of WFP and thus will be subject to the strike
system.

Kabir denies being in these group chats and conversations but Dice claims he was added afterwards
Revised conclusion & recommendation to admins
● Public VC: no reliable evidence of people being uncomfortable during the voice
chats existence;
○ Those who showed their discomfort (Amos & Kabir; weeks later) have very
contradictory behaviors from their statements and lead the investigation team to
have reasonable doubt about their statements and therefore cannot consider
them to be true;
○ At worst, it was complete lack of judgment from the admins/moderation team on
the tones of the jokes which led to continued unprofessional behavior
● Revised punishment for the public VC incident:
○ Dice, judged as admin: 1 strike for general unprofessionalism;
○ Hannah, acting HFG: 1 strike for general unprofessionalism;
● Private Server: at a minimum four adults are responsible for what transpired
(receiving a minor’s feet pictures)
○ This happened in a private server outside WFP where none of those present had
a position of power over another;
○ At least 4 legally identified adults (Amos, Dice, Kabir2, Sowan) received pictures
of feet in a private server/group chat;
○ These feet pictures turned out to be those of minors, which to the investigations
team’s knowledge, none of the adults had known beforehand;
● Revised punishment for the Private server/group chat:
○ Dice, judged as admin: 2 strikes for severe unprofessionalism; for a total of 3
strikes leading to demotion from admin.

As summarized above, our conclusion is that, while Dice was not absolved of fault in the
situations detailed above, what seemed to have transpired here was a false narrative from
certain individuals in an attempt to absolve themselves of responsibility, as well as an
overdramatization by previous investigators of what had actually happened. The current
investigation team would like to clarify that the previous investigation team's "foot fetish" allegations
are false, and were an over exaggeration of what was simply a crude joke.

There is clearly reasonable doubt to trust the testimonies of Amos based on their contradictory
behaviors from their statements and the investigation team would like to recommend anyone
reading this document to be very careful around this individual. Finally, the investigation
team concludes that Dice should be unbanned from WFP but recommends the current admin
team to apply 3 strikes for varied displays of unprofessionalism and therefore relieve him from
his functions.
