In order to publish CSE researches in information, education and communication (IEC) materials as part of Gender and Development (GAD) advocacy, the Department of Education Regional Office Ill, through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), announces the Timeline of Activities on the Development and Launching of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) School Modules by the GAD Module Writers, Lay-out Artists, and Ilustrators of the select Schools Division Offices (SDOs}. 2, In coordination with the Curriculum Learning and Management Division (CLMD) of the region, the primordial objectives of this advocacy program are the following: a. Review the content of the draft modules made during the Writeshop I to ensure that the language used is age-appropriate and gender-fair through virtual evaluation; b. Infuse relevant curriculum through the CSE to protect and promote the rights of learners to health education, information, and care; c. Evaluate and validate the resource materials based on the criteria and parameter set by the region based on DepEd Order No.31, s.2017; d. Conduct field testing to select Schools Division Offices, ¢. Finalize the modules after the thorough evaluation and validation made; and {.
