Who am I

I regard myself as a flexible person who is able and willing to do anything within my capacity to
change my life and that of others. I am currently inspired to get into a job environment that will
help me do more in society. The desire to get a job like this one has been provoked by an
optimistic nature that drives me to seek new avenues for driving change. My drive is being
result-oriented as I always keep end goals in mind, which helps me plan for the right resources
available. I, therefore, constantly keep on checking with the self-established goal to know how
far I can go. Results inspire me to push myself and the close persons in getting the team.
Previously, I have helped people in the work environment shorten production time greatly. I
pride myself as an excellent communicator who makes sure people have the right information at
the right time to drive better results. Naturally being pushed by a desire to bring harmony to the
group by communicating appropriately at the right time. Previous working, school, and social
environment has made me discover I am a natural leader who flourishes in making others
achieve their full potential. Being open for consultations has caused people to be very
comfortable and willing to talk about their issues. I am always ready to be a friend to everyone in
my interactions. Everyone can count on me as a friend to communicate delicate matters in the
job environment. My natural leadership skills will push me towards mentoring other people in
the field to help the institution achieve more. Sensitivity to order and organization has helped me
to be delivering tasks within the required deadlines.
