GETTING STARTED

 Open Mozilla Firefox.

 Enter the Uniform Resource Location (URL) in address bar.

e.g. http://mds.lwua.gov.ph

 After you have entered the correct URL on the address bar the
Monthly Data Sheet User Authentication will appear as shown below.

 Click next for User Authentication.

LOGGING ON
 Enter your User I.D.
 Enter your Password.
 Click Log-in.
 Click Menu on the bottom left corner for System Menu.
 Click Help to view MDS user’s manual.
