Why did you resign from your previous job?

At first, I Must thank my previous company, they are giving me the opportunity to works with them. I have learnt
many things like time management, team management, how to works under pressure, how to maintain
punctuality.

As we know, that Change is the part of life. I wish myself growing both professionally and financially. So I need
to change my job for learning new technology, new works place.

I know that this will help me to learn new technology and gives me new job environment.

I put hard work to fulfil companies work and try to give a role in the company success.

Why have you been out of work so long?

Sir I was waiting and preparing myself with additional courses to enter into my dream company like yours.

Why have you had so many jobs?

I learnt so many things working in different domains, and my skills & Knowledge has improved.

Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Firstly I will feel happy for that because it's the place where we learn from our mistakes.

I accept my mistake and I pay focus on it and I'll try not to repeat.

Could you have done better in your last job?

Sir, I think I already gave my best in the previous company.

Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had.

Job is never boring because if you think job is boring, then you have nothing to else to do. But it's true that I am little
bit lazy that type of work which I don't like.

How many hours a week do you normally work?

I think it depends on work and when I was worked I never remember the time.
What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

I was faced huge challenges in my life but I never felt it is my last challenge I should face it do it only.
Have you been absent from work more than a few days in any previous position?

Yes, I had taken a holiday but only if it is necessary where my work and task didn't get affected which where
assigned to me.
What changes would you make if you came on board?

I would implement my own knowledge for better service.

What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it
stinks?

I will let him know the pros or cons of the particular idea.

I will appreciate his idea and discuss with his pros and cons on company and his career goals and try to
convince him.
How could you have improved your career progress?

I will improve my carrer with the help of my experiance, technical skill and hard work.

Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company,
management team, etc.)

The strong point about my boss as he was a fun-loving person to work with. He was very honest and
hardworking. He was very punctual and good at solving problems. He was good at making right decisions.
He was very open-minded and job-focused and would appreciate an employee's hard work.

The weak points I would say he did not like any GOSSIP or DRAMA.
Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work?

If I talk about my previous position I can say that I did my best, as a esult I have made my managers looks
good.
Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?

If the internal employees are good enough for this position, the company wouldn't be hiring from outside. I am
having experience in, I believe I'm entitled to get this opportunity.

How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

Sir, age doesn't matter because age shows only number. He is more knowledge and experience of his work.
We can take him as a role model and inspiration for us. And I respect his position.

Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?

Whatever goes on our life maybe it is good or bad we accept it good things will encourage and mistakes
helped to improve yourself.
Why are not you earning more money at this stage of your career?

Money doesn't matter for me, I just want a chance or a right place where I can take risks, show my efforts
and develop my skills.
