2. “We dared to dream, and we will never regret dignity”. This quote was made by
Syrian journalist and filmmaker Waad Al-Kateab on behalf of Syria's silent
populace.
3. Achmed 14 years old and who is a Syrian Refugee said that “Being scared was a
permanent state of mind, I was always scared. When I went to bed, I would
always wonder if I would wake up the next morning.”
4. Syria exemplifies poverty and conflict. Syria is currently rife with anti-
government protests, resulting in a complicated confrontation involving external
forces, locals, and foreign persons.
5. The thing that I focused to show in this brochure is the architecture of Syria.
Syria’s architecture represents the identities of their class and religion.
6. I will try to inform citizens about the uniqueness of the Syrian Architecture by
showing examples and sharing the history of Syria’s architecture.
