Pear have created a new entity in Singapore with an operating headquarters as well as
outlet store. We will need to perform a lot of research and development in Singapore to meet
client demand for our tablets configured to Singapore settings. We have hired 100 staff.

Sales are high and we have cash sitting on the balance sheet.
