I. INTRODUCTION
 TUP as an SUC, good board exam performance
 Proximity to laguna, cavite, bulacan areas
 Low tuition = free tuition
 DepEd not ready to implement SHS program, experimental 2018 batch

II. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

 Identify attributes of the year level performing better in design


 Third year students were not administered the institutional entrance exam
 Third year students under the free tertiary education program, schools were
required to increase student population (UNIFAST) so many were
underqualified to take up BSA
 Non-congruence/fit of SHS track to final college course
CHED CMO# 105 S 2017 = students from ANY track should be given the
chance to enrol in the course they like (after passing entrance exam)
 Third year students took ARDES 4 online = did not receive same
instruction/monitoring as compared to 4th year students
