 History

also known as Cotta Shrine, is a fort built in 1755 by Father Jose Ducos
to serve as a Spanish outpost in the area. A special chapel was built
inside the walls of the fort and an image of the Virgin of the Immaculate
Conception, in the pink and blue attire, was enshrined in the chapel and
outside the fort on the wall facing the bay, was a carved image of the
Virgin Mary (Nuestra Señora de la Immaculada Concepción y del Triunfo
de la Cruz de Migpangi). The image on the Cotta's wall is believed to be
miraculously growing and has been the object of pilgrimage. The fort
was renovated and restored to its original design in 2006. Cotta will
undergo improvement and development with construction of a boulevard
with a Spanish galleon replica, cotta park with parking area, a mini
commercial complex for food stalls, ticketing offices, restos, cafes and
souvenir shops.
 Fuerte dela Concepcion y del Triunfo also known as Fort of Misamis
is a citadel first built by Spanish Jesuit priest and commander, Jose
Ducos, for the town of Misamis in Mindanao island, now the modern city
of Ozamiz, Philippines. Construction of the structure completed in 1756.
[2] It is made out of coral stone and has four bastions (baluarte) namely
San Fernando, San Jose, Santiago and San Ignacio. The fort was built
to serve as a Spanish outpost in the area as a form of protection against
marauding pirates.[3] A special chapel was built inside the walls of the
fort and an image of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception, was
enshrined in the chapel and outside the fort on the wall facing the bay,
was a carved image of the Virgin Mary (Nuestra Señora de la
Inmaculada Concepción y del Triunfo de la Cruz de Migpangi). The

 Location: Tayabas, Quezon

 History
 The bridge was built between the years 1840 and
1850 under the direction of the Fray Antonio Mateos,
a Franciscan priest who served as the Ministro del
Pueblo of Tayabas.[2] In an account of a Spanish
traveler Juan Alvarez Guerra, the bridge was built in
1841 under Gobernadorcillo Don Joaquin Ortega's
term.[1] The bridge was made by the people of
Tayabas through forced labor. It is estimated that 100,
000 adobe blocks was used to build the bridge.[2] An
inscription on the bridge indicates that it was
inaugurated in 1850 under the term of
Gobernadorcillo Don Julian S. Francisco. (isama yung

 Location: Bagac, Bataan
 Year of construction and completion: 1898-
 Architect/Builder : Jose “Jerry” Acuzar
 History
 Casa Baliuag 1 - (built in 1898; owned by the Vergel
de Dios family). The house contains wood carvings
with floral motifs. The original owner of Casa Baliwag
was Kapitan Fernando Vergel de Dios and Doña
Carmen De Leon; it was inherited by their eldest
daughter, Juliana VD Reyes. It was originally across
the town's San Agustín Church. Family members
fondly called it "Luwasan" since it was the house
referred to when going towards the town or to Manila.
Kapitan Fernando had another house called "Hulo",
which was going towards the "dulo" or end of town.
