Lee McGaan, a prominent linguist, espoused the 4


Tenets of Effective communication. These are:
Commitment, Context, Consistency, and Concern.

 Commitment - all members of the organization must exhibit committed to the idea that
effective communication is a high priority in their jobs.
Example:
My friends and I plan to surprise Althea on her upcoming birthday. Sophia thought to do was
buy a balloon. Janna thought of buying a Cake and I thought of buying a gift for Althea. We all
thought of surprising Althea after class at their house. We had to get to them first before Althea
could go home. On Althea's birthday we managed to surprise Althea because we all carried out
the plan.
Explanation: there is a commitment to the story I made because we gave everyone the idea
and we did what we were supposed to do on Althea’s birthday.

 Consistency is one if the vital aspects to achieve effective communication with


appropriate process.

And it is also about the methodologies of a speaker or communicator.

and also it about exchanging communication appropriately with certain process and it must be
understandable.

and additionally, it is about the perspective and goal of a speaker and also it is about eloquence
of a communicator consistently.
Situation:

When we are communicating we have to be Consistent to our methods and perspectives. So


your Consistency must be always cliché in a aspects of your life.

Exempli gratia:
•You have a job interview so you should be wise and meticulous while answering several
question and the consistency should be carry-out are confidence and eloquent of yourself.

Explanation:

•I'm partial to this kind of tenets of Lee mcgaan because in our lives we have to be Consistent
with words of honor. And I choose Consistency because it will help us to maintain and staying
to our perspective and if we have Consistency I think our achievement and prosperity will be
always consistent to us.
