Introduction
Digital marketing comprises the use of digital tactics and online media to connect to potential and
existing customers of a business. This can consist of numerous strategies, starting from the company’s
website to branding strategies such as digital advertising, blog posts, email marketing, online brochures,
and much more. Depending on their goals, digital marketers use these various strategies to create an
effective marketing campaign through free and paid channels. For example, a content marketer of a
company can create blog posts that help generate leads, whereas a social media marketer might help
promote these blog posts in the company’s social media accounts.

Search Engine Optimization, often abbreviated to SEO, involves optimizing content in websites so
that it provides better visibility for users for relevant searches. Better visibility means that the web page
would rank higher in the results of search engines, and are, therefore, more likely to garner the attention
of prospective and existing customers of a business. SEO is particularly important for digital marketing,
as search engines are one of the primary sources of traffic to a brand’s website or other marketing
channels. SEO depends on several factors that determine the ranking of a web page on a search engine’s
results. Popular search engines such as Google and Bing use bots called web crawlers to “crawl” pages
on the web and collect information about them. The engine then analyzes the information presented by
the bot, taking in several factors such as content quality, keywords, and mobile-friendliness, to
determine the order in which the pages would appear for a particular search query. Thus, a
well-designed website with high visibility will rank higher in search results than its competitors, and
have a better chance at attracting potential and existing customers to their business. SEO copywriting is
one of the biggest elements used in every SEO strategy. Using SEO copywriting, a business can
fine-tune its content so that it has the maximum likelihood to be more visible to web crawlers and rank
higher in search engine pages. In addition to visibility, the content of the website should also be clear
enough for the audience to enjoy and understand and can include channels such as blog posts, product
descriptions, e-books, and infographics. Using these channels, businesses can attempt to maximize
traffic growth and lead generation, and raise brand awareness.

Businesses and website owners in the US are no strangers to Digital Marketing, especially content
marketing practices that could get their websites to the top search results of Google. Higher traffic
equates to higher ad revenue, higher conversion rates, and a higher number of referrals. Fraktal Creative,
much like most content marketing organizations, looks towards the USA demographic to increase its
sales. This paper will focus on a deep analysis of the US market for SEO Copywriting and content
marketing, and how Fraktal Creative can increase its sales through an elaborate marketing strategy.
Cultural Analysis
Often called “the land of the free and the home of the brave” the United States of America possesses an
immense, opulent landscape that is bejeweled with purple mountain majesties. Culturally, the United
States is very diverse – having been spread out across the country through recruitment and migration. At
present, the American culture consists of a wide array of people – each with varying religions,
ethnicities, and political ideologies.

Social Institutions
Although the marriage rate in the US has decreased considerably since 1980, the family still remains the
center of American society, and more than 50 percent of unmarried adults between the age of 18 to 24
live with their parents today. Nonetheless, the familial structure in the US has changed substantially in
the past years, and the traditional nuclear family has now become a rarity. Only about 25 percent of
households still host a nuclear family and over half the households host no children. In the households
that do have children, many are born out of wedlock, whereas another large portion comes from a
single-parent family. In the elderly population, many choose to live by themselves if they can and seek
assistance in retirement communities or from their adult children otherwise.

Mobility is another key social aspect of American families. Many US families choose not to settle down,
and it is common for citizens to move from one region to another for education, employment, or a
change of scenery. Americans choose to get married quite early – the average age of marriage is 26 for
men and 24 for women. Despite the decreasing rates, the United States still boasts one of the highest
marriage rates in western societies, and the world’s highest divorce rate as well.

Legal System
The legal system of the United State comprises a federal government, a written constitution, and a
common law legal system – an often-used common term for a multiplicity of systems that are intricately
woven together. There is a legal system for the federal government of the United States, but each of the
fifty states, the nation’s capital, and overseas American territories have their own legal systems as well.

The federal legislative body comprises the Senate and the House of Representatives – each of which has
equal power in the legislative process. The Senate consists of two senators from each state, each having
a six-year term. The House of Representatives hosts 435 members elected from two-year terms, with a
varying number of members from each state depending on the state’s population. The United States of
America also grants executive power to the President, who can exercise it for both domestic and foreign
affairs. The President is elected for a term of four years and up to two terms, and is responsible for
approving legislation, negotiating treaties, appointing federal judges and other senior officers, and is the
commander-in-chief of the armed forces.

Legislative power in the United States lies mainly within the state legislature, with the governor of the
state holding executive power. On the other hand, both federal and state courts can exercise judicial
power. Generally, the courts in each jurisdiction are responsible for decisions on the law of that
jurisdiction, but there have been major exceptions to this rule.

Social Organizations
Socially, Americans tend to place themselves in one of the five classes based on their income and social
status: upper, upper-middle, middle, working, and lower class. The prevalent culture in America is a
Western one – largely influenced by its British roots, although other European influences, indigenous
people, African Americans, and Asian Americans are present as well.

In social settings, both men and women usually greet each other by shaking hands, smiling, and
occasionally waving, but close friends and family might embrace each other as well. In addition,
Americans usually address each other by their first names after acquaintance, unless they are in a formal
situation – in which case, a title (such as “Mr.” or “Ms.”) is combined with their surname to show
respect. People usually greet each other by saying “Pleased to meet you” or “How do you do?”, although
a simple “Hello” or “Hi” is also used informally.

When it comes to appointments or invitations, Americans favor punctuality – they expect guests and
visitors to be on time. However, Americans are willing to be accepting of delays if the visitors inform
them beforehand. Visitations are generally informal, although guests often bring flowers or wine as a
gift if they are invited for a meal.

Business Customs and Practices

In personal lives, Americans tend to be more informal and outgoing – often starting conversations with
people on the bus or while standing in line. Americans tend to maintain this friendliness during business
transactions and meetings as well, but they do not try to pursue a personal relationship. In a business
setting, Americans are often eager to meet with their clients – but they prefer a more direct approach
than beating about the bush. If a business opportunity feels right to them, they are willing to strike out a
deal regardless of their personal relationship with their clients. However, they want to stick to doing
business with people they can relate to, and therefore first impressions, trust, friendliness, and
enthusiasm are important aspects that Americans consider when conducting a business meeting.

Language
American meetings are usually very cooperative and interactive – they usually expect people to speak up
and participate during meetings. Asking questions and stating opinions are encouraged. Being quiet in
an American business setting often means that the personnel involved do not have anything to contribute
or have come unprepared during the meeting. American meetings often seem casual in appearance, but
every meeting is taken seriously and agendas are recorded.

Meetings in America usually begin with small talk that involves work, sports, weather, travel, etc. to get
people to be comfortable and settle things down. However, people rarely linger on these conversations
and move on quickly to the meeting agendas. They tend to discuss a topic and then work towards a
decision fast, and move on to the next matter at hand as quickly as possible. Conflict and disagreement
are often handled publicly and openly in the American culture, and people are comfortable saying “no”
or disagreeing with a particular opinion.

In addition, Americans often mean what they say. Their replies are direct – a “yes” means a “yes”, a
“no” means a “no”, and a “maybe” is truly a “maybe”. Americans are also uncomfortable with silence
and often fill in conversations during quiet moments. This, however, can cause Americans to interrupt or
talk over someone unintentionally – finishing sentences or straying away from the topic. In these cases,
a polite “Excuse me” is enough to get back to the matter at hand and continue with the previous subject
matter.

Negotiation Style
Americans tend to be direct and result-oriented, which is why they often straight jump into business
deals without building a relationship with the clients first. They expect to build relationships on the go,
although first impressions do matter to them nonetheless. However, during business deals, they expect
each party to think for themselves, and therefore, often maintain extreme positions at first. They expect
the other party to negotiate – viewing the deal as a problem-solving exercise that would benefit both
parties. They often expect the use of data and facts to back up the clients’ views, and once satisfied, they
move on quickly to complete the negotiation.
Most Americans focus on establishing a signed contract when a negotiation is completed. This is
because contracts are considered legally binding documents, whereas verbal agreements are not. This
means that once a contract is signed, American state and federal laws apply to both parties of the
contract, and they must adhere to them. This is also why, during negotiations, Americans will scrutinize
over every contractual detail, and will refer to it, later on, should disagreements arise.
Economic Analysis
The United States of America is one of the largest superpowers of the world today and boasts one of the
world’s greatest economies. It entered the 21st century with a successful economy - despite two world
wars, a global depression, and a 40-year long Cold War with the Soviet Union in the 20th century. In the
1990s, the United States finally stabilized – with a low unemployment rate, a government budget
surplus, and stable prices. [US Embassy Website]

Population
According to the US Census Bureau, the current population of the United States of America is close to
330 million people, of which 97% identify themselves as one particular race, as opposed to being
biracial or multiracial. According to the data, as of 2019, 72% of the population was white – a dip from
the previous year, when 72.2% of the population identified themselves as white. The estimates have a
margin of error of 0.1%. Of all the white Americans, 60% were not Hispanic or Latino – a smaller
portion than in both 2018 and a similarly conducted 2010 census. Similarly, in 2019, 12.8% of the US
population was reported to be Black – a rise from the 12.7% found in 2018. The share of the U.S.
population that is Asian rose to 5.7% in 2019, an increase from 5.6% in 2018 – also within the margins
of error for the estimates.

Communication Systems
The different forms of media and communications in America are well-structured, with most Americans
getting the privilege of using telephones, cellular networks, Internet, radio, and television broadcasts. At
present, there are 395.881 million mobile cellular subscriptions in America, and a total of 119.902
fixed-line telephone subscriptions. The total number of Internet users in the country is 246,809,221
people, and a total of 109.838 people enjoy a fixed Broadband Internet subscription.

In terms of broadcast media, there are four major terrestrial TV networks in the country – ABC, NBC,
CBS, and DuMont, with their affiliate stations running throughout the country. In addition, there are
plenty of cable and satellite networks, independent stations, and public broadcasts that are up and
running - meaning that the total number of TV stations in the United States is over thousands. There
were also about 15,000 radio stations operating in the US as of 2018, with the National Public Radio
(NPR) having a network of 900 member stations, whilst the other radio networks were private and
commercial. [Theodora]

Working Conditions
The work culture in America is different from most cultures in the world. The working hours fall in line
with most international standards – Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 30 minutes for
lunch in between. Some workplaces offer more flexible timings, and the employees can select their own
work schedules. However, most Americans end up working longer than the standard workweek of 40
hours, as employees are often expected to keep up with emails and deadlines even when they go home
after work.

Americans usually view salary as the most important component of the job offer, as the cost of living in
the US is pretty high as well, especially in bigger cities. The federal minimum wage is set at $7.25 an
hour, but many states offer higher minimum wages to match the costs of living. Some salaries such as
those for nurses and school teachers vary depending on the location of employment and therefore can
vary widely. Besides salaries, employees also look for benefit packages that come with the job, which
may include health insurance (for larger companies), retirement plans (401k), dental insurance, life
insurance, and vision care.

One area where the American job market is seriously lacking is in job protection laws. Companies have
greater freedom when it comes to hiring and firing employees, which makes the market less secure for
workers. However, most Americans do not usually lose their jobs – rather they choose to leave them
willingly more often. American holiday schemes are also severely limited, with new employees only
receiving perhaps one or two weeks of paid vacation per year. Also, paid vacation and parental leave are
not a requirement in the US job sector, and therefore depend upon individual employers. Whilst this
may seem intimidating to people not familiar with the US culture, Americans are perfectly okay with
this arrangement, and usually don’t even end up taking their vacation days. A job signifies a large part
of an American’s identity, and so, they put in all their hard work for it. [Just Landed]

Principal Industries
The United States was hit by an economic recession in 2008, but the nation has begun to recover from it.
Millions of new jobs have been created, wages have been on the rise, and exports accounted for 12.22
percent of the country’s GDP in 2016, according to Statista. Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics
reveal that some industries in the US contribute more to the economy than others – some of which are
listed below:

Health Care: The healthcare sector of the United States is one of the biggest industries of the country,
accounting for 17.7 percent of the country’s GDP in 2018. Between 2006 and 2016, 2.8 million jobs
have been added to the sector, a rate seven times faster than the overall economy. Growth in jobs had
also been on the rise – a 20 percent since 2008, as opposed to the national economic average of only 3
percent. Investment in healthcare is increasing as well – over 60 percent of IPOs from July 2017 to July
2018 were for healthcare and biotech stocks, according to Renaissance Capital.

Technology: Technology is another prime industry of the US economy, due to the rapid influx of
technological advancements such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, machine learning,
augmented and virtual reality, and autonomous vehicles. In addition, there has been a huge demand for
workers in several sectors of the tech industry, such as cloud computing and the collection and storage
of big data. According to Cyberstates 2019, employment in computer and IT sectors is projected to
increase by 11 percent from 2019 to 2029 – the fastest average for all occupations. The tech industry is
one of the top five contributors in 23 states of the US, and one of the top ten contributors in 28 states.

Construction: Construction is one of the fastest-growing industries in the United States, stemming from
the increase in economic and population growth. The industry involves residential and nonresidential
builders, as well as contractors for the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems such as
electricity, water, and heating. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, jobs in the construction
sector are projected to grow by 4 percent from 2019 to 2029, with nearly 300,000 new jobs being added
to the industry. Spending in construction is high as well – accounting for $1.365 trillion during 2019, as
reported by the Census Bureau.

Retail: The retail industry of the United States is another major contributor to the national economy,
accounting for 5.5 percent of the nation’s GDP. It also provides 9.6 percent of total employment of the
United States, as reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This includes brick-and-mortar
establishments, as well as online retailers such as Amazon and eBay. Together, the retail industry
supports about 52 million working Americans – one in four U.S. jobs. The industry is on the growth,
and the National Retail Federation (NRF) reports a 4 percent increase in retail sales in November and
December 2017 compared to that of 2016.

Nondurable Manufacturing: The nondurable manufacturing industry comprises commodities that

have an average lifespan of fewer than three years, such as clothing, gasoline, and electricity. The
nondurable manufacturing industry is less valuable in America compared to durable manufacturing, but
it employs more people – accounting for 4.4 million jobs as opposed to 349,000 jobs from the durable
manufacturing industry. This industry contributes 4.8 percent of the national GDP and is projected to
have an annual export growth of 6 percent between 2018 and 2021, according to the MAPI Foundation.

Exchange Rates
The U.S. dollar had undergone several phases of strength and declination over the last couple of
decades. From 2002 to 2011, the value of the U.S. dollar was one the decline due to growing U.S. debt,
sequestration, and worldwide diversification. The growing American debt meant that the Federal
Reserve would allow the weakening of the dollar’s value so that repayments are worth less. The debt
also caused the President and Congress to raise taxes and cut down on spending, which dampened
economic growth and further weakened the dollar – leading to sequestration. As a result of the debt and
sequestration, investors diversified their portfolios with non-dollar denominated assets, which also
added to the weakening of the dollar.

However, between 2011 and 2016, the value of the American dollar strengthened. The Euro – the
world’s second choice for a global currency – weakened during this period due to the Greek debt crisis,
and the European Union failed to boost economic growth. Similarly, economic reform in China slowed
down its growth in 2015. As a result, investors came back to the dollar, and the Federal Reserve raised
the fed funds rate in 2015. As Europe’s interest rates declined, Forex traders took advantage of the
higher rates in the U.S., leading to an increase in the value of the dollar.

Between 2016 and 2020, the U.S. dollar had gone through some instability with the election of President
Trump in 2016 and growing worries of a recession. The 2016 elections led to a decline of the dollar due
to concerns about the impact of the Trump administration’s trade war. However, in 2019 and 2020,
investors returned to the dollar amid concerns of an impending global recession, thus strengthening its
value. [The Balance]

As of September 24, 1:00 AM UTC, the current exchange rate of BDT/USD stands at 85.05 Bangladeshi

Market Audit and Competitive Market Analysis
One of the key steps in creating intel-driven content for a business is content market analysis, although a
single report is not enough. This is because competitors constantly update their content as well –
learning from previous publishing and optimizing their own strategies. Therefore, a business must build
a habit of seeking and leveraging intel on competitor content strategies to have an edge over them.

The Products
The products created for content marketing are tailored text-based content that is more visible to
audience and web crawlers and is optimized for search engine rankability. These text-based content can
come in various forms, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, web page content,
infographics, banner content, e-books, and white papers.

Consumer Buying Habits

Even though some marketers do not realize it, content marketing has proven to be an effective strategy
in instigating consumer buying habits. At best, content can be used to drive sales, and at least, provide
brand visibility, whilst also moving potential consumers along the sales funnel. Data from Clutch, a B2B
research, ratings, and review company, revealed that 82% of people have purchased a product as a result
of consuming content, 53% of people are likely to revisit a company’s website because of it, and another
50% to research the company’s products and services.

Consumers are, however, warier of content marketing today. Nine in 10 consumers are confident that
they can identify content with commercial motivations, through common content marketing signposts
such as the content published on a company’s website (27%), backlinks (21%), company names in an
author bio (21%), and mentions of products and services (19%). Despite the lack of subtlety from
marketers, consumers are willing to accept this strategy as long as it serves their purpose. About 67% of
consumers found content marketing to be “useful and valuable”, especially regarding informative,
thoughtful articles and videos that address their concerns such as in-depth buying guides or food recipes.
[Marketing Tech News]

Advertising and Promotion

Content marketing differs from traditional advertising in the sense that it puts customers first, and
selling second. Traditional methods of advertising, as well as email marketing, are still useful, but they
have been on the decline for the past few decades due to their decrease in effectiveness. On the other
hand, content marketing thrives by providing informative, thoughtful content to customers, building on a
relationship based on value and trust, and providing information that is relevant to consumers today.
Thus, Fraktal Creative practices what it preaches. It follows a strict content marketing regime consisting
of content templates, helpful blog posts about content writing, and SEO that actively brings in organic
traffic. In other words, those who understand SEO and probably require content services are more likely
to discover Fraktal Creative than others would. On the other hand, it also attracts potential talent that
would like to join the organization as full-time or part-time content writers.

Pricing Strategy
Fraktal Creative relies on a pricing policy that is a hybrid of penetration pricing and competitive pricing.
A good example of penetration pricing is Netflix – it entered the market at a low price and increased
their prices by $1 or $2 consistently. Despite the increasing prices, Netflix has managed to retain its
existing customers and gain new ones. On the other hand, the Canadian e-commerce company Shopify
relies on a competitive pricing strategy – providing well-designed pricing packages of their product,
allowing the customers to customize features as they please.
Market Size
Data from the Content Marketing Industry analysis by Research Dive suggest that the global market
accounted for $36,786.6 million in 2018, increasing at a rate of 14.3% CAGR. It is expected to reach
$107,540.6 million by 2026 and has an estimated size of $48,000 million as of 2020.

North American economies held the highest share in the Content Marketing Industry in 2018, valued at
about $18,000 million in 2020. The industry is growing at a CAGR of 14.0%, with a projected estimate
to reach $42,053.7 million in 2026. Content marketing systems are used by various users including
automotive, consumer electronics, and other industries, whose growth drives the market forward. North
American economies such as Canada and the U.S are technically developed with an advanced
advertising infrastructure, which explains their contribution to the Content Marketing Industry.

Fraktal Creative is estimated to generate revenue equivalent to an estimated $87,000 in 2020. In other
words, Fraktal Creative holds 0.00018125% and 0.000483% market share across the globe and in North
America respectively.
Preliminary Marketing Plan
With the continuous growth of online and mobile users, B2C e-commerce sales are growing continually
as well, reaching around $1.7 trillion in 2015, according to data from Emarketer. Due to the presence of
more individual consumers than businesses online, B2C e-commerce sales are a great way to attract
potential customers. [Neil Patel]

Marketing Objectives
Whilst the ultimate goal of content marketing is to convert customers and sell them something of value,
content marketing takes a different approach than traditional advertising. The main objective of content
marketing is to create content that customers want so that customers are drawn to the website for their
own self-interest. This means that every piece of content must have some value to potential consumers –
it must answer questions, teach them something useful, or simply entertain them. With well-designed
content, more people would be willing to visit the website and have a greater likelihood of being a
customer. Content marketing also creates an audience – a group of people that would be interested in the
content no matter what. Another primary objective of the marketing plan is to build authority in content
writing and management, and thus establish Fraktal Creative as a brand itself. A good way to achieve
this would be by regularly producing new content and through the generation of backlinks that would
allow search engines to rank pages higher in their search results.

The objective of content marketing is also to generate lead magnets – potential customers who are so
satisfied with the content that they are willing to fill in forms and give away contact info to access
further resources. Most customers search queries online looking for answers, and having a simple FAQ
page, blog posts, and split pieces hidden behind forms are great ways to generate lead magnets. Content
marketing also helps to support sales teams by making them more informed about a particular product or
service, and establish a strong social media presence as well.

SWOT Analysis
Strengths:

● Optimized content for search engines offered at or below the market price point.
● Bulk content is delivered quickly and efficiently through a streamlined work guideline.
● Cheaper wages in Bangladesh is a unique resource that others do not have.
● Strong profiles in popular online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr can help convert
customers better than competitors.

Weaknesses:

● Native US English is a requirement for most North Americans, but Bangladeshi writers struggle
in this aspect.
● Lack of portfolio and experience in Infographics and Whitepapers, two important services in
most content marketing organizations.
● Other regional content marketers have a better search engine presence.

Opportunities:

● Opportunities to work with any new partners or influencers within the industry.
● Digital Marketers, SEO Professionals, and Affiliate Marketers are friends, not foe. In other
words, it is possible to partner with them for mutual revenue growth rather than compete.
● New products, service, or technology trends have been recognized within the industry.
Threats:

● The regional competition is rapidly growing.

● Regional competitors have a larger marketing budget.
● A major policy change in Google or other search engines may be a devastating blow for the
SEO Copywriting organizations.

Price Determination
According to Fiverr and Upwork, on average most content marketers charge 15-40$ per 500 words blog
post. Located in Bangladesh, Fraktal Creative can easily match and even undercut this price point. As of
September 2020, Fraktal Creative offers 15$ per 500 words blog post and 300$ per 20,000 words of
content. [Fraktal Creative website]

Methods of Payment
While most clients prefer payments through PayPal, Fraktal Creative is located in Bangladesh and thus
does not have access to PayPal. However, the following alternatives work:

Payoneer

Payoneer is an American financial services company founded in 2005 and specializes in online money
transfers and digital payments. For companies based in Bangladesh, such as Fraktal Creative, Payoneer
is one of the most reliable alternatives to PayPal. With Payoneer, companies can choose from a variety
of global payment methods that includes ACH Bank debit, local bank transfer, and credit/debit card
payment. This allows companies to manage all their payments together, making the transaction efficient
and secure.

TransferWise

TransferWise is an online money transfer service founded in 2011 and is based in London. At present,
the company supports more than 750 currency routes around the world. Using TransferWise, a company
can pay using bank transfers, or choose to pay using digital methods such as credit cards, Apple Pay,
and Android Pay as well. To receive the payment, the recipient must have a local bank account and be
willing to accept payment in the local currency, which for Fraktal Creative, is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Upwork
Upwork, previously called Elance-oDesk, is one of the largest online marketplaces for content marketers
and freelancers. The company works as a platform to connect businesses with independent professionals
and freelancers depending on their business needs. For Bangladeshis, Upwork supports local fund
transfers, US wire transfers, credit card payments, Payoneer (MasterCard) payments, as well as several
other digital payment methods.

Fiverr
Fiverr is another online marketplace that connects freelancers to customers worldwide. Found in 2010, it
is one of the best platforms for content marketers today. Sellers in Fiverr can get paid through several
means. Bangladeshi content marketers can choose to use a Fiverr Revenue Card (supported by
Payoneer), or use Bank Transfer to have money transferred to the seller’s local bank.
Resource Requirements
Human Resources: Writers and Editors for project delivery

One of the key aspects of content marketing is bulk content, often involving several posts and articles
comprising tens of thousands of words. Fraktal Creative would require human resources in the form of
writers and editors to evenly distribute the workload of the clients, so that project delivery is ensured on
time.

Grammarly to minimize grammar errors

Grammarly is an American software that specializes in correcting common grammar and writing
mistakes using advanced AI-powered algorithms. It comprises a free version that offers the correction of
basic spellings, grammar, and punctuation, and a premium version that offers advanced suggestions on
the style, tone, and fluency of the writing. Grammarly also features a business version suitable for small
businesses.

Copyscape for anti-plagiarism measure

Plagiarism is one of the biggest problems that plague the content marketing industry, and plagiarized
content is heavily penalized by the algorithms of search engines such as Google. To avoid plagiarism, a
content marketing company would require a plagiarism-detection tool such as Copyscape, whose
premium version allows marketers to ensure the originality of new content before publication and batch
check entire websites.

SEMrush for keyword research and content outlining

Content marketers depend heavily upon keyword research, as this plays a major role in Google’s search
engine algorithm to ensure the maximum rankability of web pages. Therefore, organic, relevant
keywords are important for any business looking for higher visibility. SEMrush is an SEO tool designed
for content marketers that helps content marketers find the right keywords for business and analyze
keywords to find information about trends and paid and organic searches.

Gmail & Facebook Messenger for team communications

A content marketing organization such as Fraktal Creative often consists of a large number of team
members, comprising writers, editors, and human resource managers. To ensure efficiency and punctual
project delivery, it is important that the team members communicate effectively. An email client such as
Gmail allows writers and editors to receive projects and tasks, whereas Facebook Messenger allows for
urgent methods of communication.

Google Drive for content writing and filing

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization tool developed by Google, offering 15 GB of free
storage, and more being available through paid plans. For a content writing team, Google Drive can be
used to store articles, blog posts, and other content as required by clients. Google Drive allows multiple
people to contribute and collaborate on the same task, thus allowing editors to review, access, and edit
files submitted by the writing team.
Conclusion
To conclude, given the cultural, economic, and political situation in the United States of America, there
