Day 1 Delhi to Jibhi | Overnight Journey

Day 11 Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends


Day 1: Delhi to Jibhi | Overnight Journey
The group assembles at the pick-up point by 06:00 PM.
We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing would also be provided.
After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Jibhi.
*The pick up point would be RK Ashram or Majnu Ka Tila (tentative).
Day 2: Jibhi Arrival

The participant who opted for the Traveller option, will get down at Aut Tunnel
and head towards Jibhi directly.
The participant who opted for Bike Trip will head down for Manali to collect their
bikes followed by a test run and then they would also start off for Jibhi as well.
Post-check-in, dinner will be served.
Overnight stay in Jibhi.
Day 3: Jibhi to Chitkul

Breakfast will be served in the morning. Afterwhich, we will head out to Chitkul in
Sangla Valley.
Post-check-in, dinner will be served in the evening.
Overnight stay in Chitkul.
Day 4: Chitkul to Kalpa

Post breakfast, we’ll leave for Kalpa.


Midway, we’ll make a stoppage at Reckong Peo town. Additionally, if the weather
is clear then you might catch a glimpse of Kinner Kailash Peak.
On reaching Kalpa, we’ll head out for Kalpa Monastery and Suicide Point.
Post-check-in, dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Kalpa.
Day 5: Kalpa to Dhankar

After an early breakfast, the group will head out to Dhankar.


During the journey, we'll be covering Nako Village and Tabo Monastery.
Post-check-in, Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Dhankar.
Day 6: Dhankar to Kaza

Post breakfast, the group will head out to Kaza.


En route, we'll be visiting Kungri Monastery, Pin Valley, and Mud village.
Post-check in, dinner will be served.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 7: Spiti Sightseeing Day

Post breakfast, we’ll head out for Key Monastery followed by Chicham Bridge (Asia’s
Highest Bridge).
Later in the day, we will visit Hikkim (the highest post office in the world).
After that, we’ll move towards Komic village (one of the highest villages in the world
at 4600 meters connected by a motorable road ).
Finally, we’ll be visiting Langza (the most beautiful village in Spiti valley and has the
famous Buddha statue and is known as the Fossil village due to the presence of the
same in abundance).
Finally, we’ll head back to Kaza.
After reaching our hotel/homestay, dinner will be served.
Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 8: Kaza to Chandratal/Batal

Post breakfast, we will head out for Manali passing Atal Tunnel midway.
We'll be reaching Manali by late afternoon.
Post-check-in, dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Manali.
Day 10: Manali Leisure Day
Post-breakfast, the rest of the day is at leisure in Manali. The participants are
advised to go for cafe hopping, shopping, local sightseeing, and more.
After that, the group will take an overnight bus from Manali to Delhi.
Day 11: Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends
The group will reach Delhi by early in the morning.

Payment policy
16 days or more from the date of departure : 50% of the tour cost to be paid.

15 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost to be paid.

Any flight bookings, shall be paid 100% in advance.

Payments by credit card incur an extra handling fees (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for
Indian credit cards

4.5% for international credit cards-over the invoiced amount.


Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the
payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date
then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the
booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would
be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure
Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along
with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining
sum would be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date
then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the
booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would
be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date
then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the
booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would
be refunded.

If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then
100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking
amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be
refunded.

You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given
timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.

There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders,
harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the
occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be
moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the
itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our
control.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like
rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided
with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date
for any package worth the same amount.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like


rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provid-
ed.

JustWravel will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances
(like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).

Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm
with your operator once.
Terms and conditions
Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.

Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.

All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.

Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)

Any service unused is non-refundable.

The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following
reasons apply:

Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such
causes.

Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.

Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious
diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.

Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities.

Food poisoning.
