The concept of theme mall is based on the history of Pune Region i.e.
especially Shivaji Era. The design elements of Shivaji forts shall be
incorporated in the design and façade of mall.

The schematic plan of mall will have water element as the water fort of Shivaji
era. The elevations shall be taken from heritage building elements of Pune .
The design will also include new interest as giant slide, boating, fountains etc .

The interior of theme mall shall have heritage elements reproduced

with thematic scenes like war-scene, water body, balconies, fort wall etc
