2.操作前作业环境风险评估

(1)正确佩戴防护用品，衣服和袖口应扣好、不得戴围巾领带、长发必须盘
肢体部位或饰品衣 在安全帽内；
物、用具、工具接触 (2)不准将用具、工器具接触设备的转动部位；

5.安全技术交底
5. Security technology disclosure
值班负责人按照“操作前作业环境风险评估”以及“操作中风险点提示”相关内容向操作人、
监护人进行安全技术交底。The issuer (person in charge on duty) shall make safety technical
disclosure to the operator and supervisor according to the contents of "risk assessment before
operation", "risk prompt during operation" and the implementation of preventive measures
for on-site operation.

确认___机械澄清池检修工作全部结束，工作票终结，现场整洁，管道良
好，周围无妨碍运行的杂物，为热备用状态。检查清洗泵正常，就地控制柜
所有按钮正常，管道没有漏水，确认加热器可以使用（观察超滤清洗箱温度

进行管道里冲洗，清洗管道里的废物。
3 Flushing jalur pipa yang akan dilewati larutan bahan kimia untuk UF cleaning,
untuk membersihkan berbagai karat dan kotoran di dalam jalur pipa.
打开超滤清洗进口门，打开超滤清洗出口门和超滤装置清洗透过液阀。 Buka

UF cleaning inlet valve, UF cleaning outlet valve dan UF permeate valve.
确认出口门，出口手动门，进口门，进口手动门，超滤装置反洗上排水门，
超滤装置反洗下排水门关闭。
5 Pastikan outlet valve,outlet manual valve, inlet valve,inlet manual valve , up
backwash discharge valve , down backwash discharge valve backwash inlet valve
tertutup.
对超滤清洗泵的过滤器进行排水。

在化学清洗过程中要定期检测PH值，氯含量，和水的硬度。

Selama proses cleaning berlangsung harus tes nilai PH,chlorine dan hardness air
风险点提示：排空门有连续不含气体的水流流出时应及时关闭排空门，防止
系统跑水

关闭超滤清洗箱排水门，然后打开超滤清洗箱的除盐水进口门

水位到了1.0 m 之后，关闭进水门
9 Isi tangki dengan air sampai level 1.0 m . Kemudian tutup tutup water inlet valve.
打超滤清洗泵进口门，打开超滤清洗泵出口循环门，关闭超滤清洗泵到过滤
器循环门。
10 Kemudian buka UF cleaning pump inlet valve , buka UF cleaning pump outlet
circulation valve , tutup UF cleaning Pump to Filter Connection valve.
11 然后超滤清洗箱的水进行循环，为了清洗，超滤清洗箱里面的部分。执行两

 次这次步骤。
Kemudian sirkulasikan air didalam UF Cleaning tank untuk membersihkan bagian
dalam UF cleaning tank. Lakukan step ini sampai dua kali pengisian .
排水完后，在重新进水到 1.0 m 的水位。
12 Setelah selesai discharge isi dari UF cleaning tank kemudian isi kembali dengan
air DM sampai level diatas 1.0 m .
关闭超滤清洗泵出口循环门，打开清洗泵过滤器循环门，启动泵，打开过滤
器排水门。打开过滤器排气阀，水出来后打开过滤器出口门关闭排气阀。
Tutup UF Cleaning Pump outlet circulation valve, buka UF cleaning pump to filter
13 connection valve , jalankan pompa, isi air kedalam FILTER kemudian buka Filter
discharge valve, untuk membuang air di dalam filter . Kemudian buka FILTER air
discharge, setelah air keluar dari air discharge valve buka filter outlet valve dan
tutup air discharge valve.
到超滤系统进行冲洗，循环到30分钟时间，后进行排水。执行两次这次步骤。
Sirkulasikan air kedalam sistem untuk membersihkan jalur pipa dan UF dari
14 kotoran dan polutan sebelum di injeksi bahan kimia. Sirkulasikan selama 30
menit , kemudian discharge air di dalam tangki , kemudian isi ulang dan
sirkulasikan kembali selam 30 menit.
管道里出水已经合格了，清洗箱在补一下水。
15 Setelah bersih isi air kembali ke dalam UF cleaning tank.
后启动加热器，控制温度30-45 oC.
16 Kemudian jalankan Heater untuk memanaskan air di dalam UF tank. 30-45℃.
加热水（<60mg/l，CaCO3硬度）至30-45℃之间。
17 Panaskan UF cleaning tank dengan menggunakan heater sampai suhu antara 30-
45℃ , kemudian tes （<60mg/l，CaCO3 hardness.）
关闭超滤清洗泵出口循环门和打开超滤清洗泵过滤器循环门。启动清洗泵，
调整流量控制在80 m3/h , 压力 0.25 Mpa, 标准压力和流量下让热水在系统内
循环。
Tutup UF cleaning pump outlet circulation valve dan buka UF cleaning pump to
18 filter connection valve . Start UF cleaning pump, atur uf cleaning pump outlet
valve dan atur flow nya 80 m3 /h , tekanan 0.25 Mpa , sirkulasikan air hangat di
dalam sistem .Sirkulasikan air hangat di dalam cleaning tank berdasarkan standar
tekanan dan flow .0.25 Mpa , sirkulasikan air hangat di dalam sistem .
缓慢加入柠檬酸（固体）将 PH 值调至 2.5(0.5%重量比柠檬酸)。Masukkan
19 citric acid ( padat ) ke dalam UF Cleaning Tank sampai PH mencapai 2.5 ( 0.5
% berat rasio citric acid )
循环酸液1-2 小时。
20 Sirkulasikan cairan Alkali ( basa ) tersebut di dalam sistem UF yang ingin di
cleaning selama 1-2 jam.
排放清洗液，用10-30℃之间的净水将系统彻底冲洗干净。 记得，进行两次
冲洗，取水样，检测 PH 值 6.5 – 7。
Discharge UF cleaning tank, dan flushing pipa dan tangki dengan menggunakan air
21 bersuhu antara 10-30℃. Ingat, flushing sampai 2 kali pencucian , ambil sampel air
pada UF cleaning discharge valve , jika PH sudah 6.5 – 7 bisa dilanjutkan ke
tahap selanjutnya.
操作完毕，汇报值长。
