HOSPITAL DIRECTOR
1. Reports to the ICC, and STAY and Lead
the ICCT.
2. Notifies the Managing Director
3. Supports the ICC Leader's activities.
4. Arranges refreshments for Staff, as
required with Hotel Services Manager.
5. Contact and coordination with other
medical, MOH facilities and official
authorities
6. Terminate the response with ECC team.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR (MD)
1. Call the ER Director and HODs.
2. Reports to the ICC and STAY.
3. Performs head count of HODs
4. Getting information and report from
ER Director for the status of the
disaster.
5. Assesses ER, ICU and OR situations
(staffing and bed availability).
6. Assist ICC team.
FMS DIERCTOR / DEPUTIZED:
1. Requests Police and Civil Defense support
as necessary
2. Initiates the Engineering Department
Calling Cascade Reports department and
facilities status to the ICC
3. Will then take over from the Kitchen Staff
to manage the mortuary
4. Bodies will be received and placed on the
metal trays in the Mortuary Room
5. Reports to the ICCT when the maximum
of 2 bodies have been received
6. Ensures that all areas of the hospital are in
full function (gas, oxygen etc.)
ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR
1. Calls Support Services HODs, and
Reports to the ICC
2. Performs head count of HODs
3. Receives and manages victim related
enquiries from PRD (Patient Relation
Director)
4. Acts as the liaison person between HODs
to ensure synchronized functions during
the disaster.
5. Ensures Store (Contractor) opens Stores.
6. Assist ICCT.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)
1. Call the Administrative Support and
CSSD Supervisor.
2. Reports to the ICC and STAY, responsible
for documentation of ICC activities.
3. Receives disaster status report from Head
of Nursing
4. Ensures and verifies staffing of ERI
ICU/OR/ DR/NICU/Wards
5. Notifies the Medical Director of nursing
staff head count and bed availability.
6. Ensures the readiness of receive the
patients
7. Assess the need for Nursing Staff to assist
Blood Bank in PHELOPTOMY
IT REPRESENTATIVE I DEPUTIZED:
1. Reports to the ICC.
2. Provides electronic tracking system of
patient’s.
3. Sends out e-mails and fax letters.
4. Generates electronic report.
5. Ensures of all back-up of hospital
management and information system.
