Visit the Oracle Home Page

Click on "referrals" under the "Quick Actions" tab.

On the Referrals Page, click "Search Jobs"

Click the job you want to refer a candidate for.

 REFER AND EARN

On the job, click "Actions" on the top right part of the screen.

The "Actions" tab will give you the opportunity to share the job through
email, or copy the link and share to your social media platfroms.

Clicking on "Refer a Candidate" in the "Actions" tab will allow you to refer a
candidate in Oracle.

In the "Refer a Candidate" option of the "Actions" tab, you will need to input
the information of the individual you wish to refer.
 REFER AND EARN

Once all of the information for the individual is inputed into Oracle, click
"Submit".
