Africa, and also by many ethnic groups, the largest being the Wolof; Islam, which first penetrated
the region in the 11th century; and various European cultures.

LESSON LEARNED.

I learned that from a simple cuisine, the way of cooking of all africans greatly improve because of
colonization they knew already how to add some spices in thwir food to enhamce its taste.
