Curing:
During 24 to 48 hours after lamination bond strength

may be possible. Curing temperature should not turn below
18 °C, otherwise the chemical crosslinking reaction will be
delayed. Complete curing and maximum mechanical-thermal
resistance will be achieved after 7 to 14 days of storage at
room temperature depending on film combination and
intended use of the laminates. For double sided application
we suggest to carry out the second passage at least 24
hours after the first lamination.

Cleaning:
In case of a machine stop (for more than 60 minutes) the
coating unit has to be cleaned with solvents/plasticizer-
mixture (observe safety precautions) or products of the
LioClean range (seperate datasheets available upon
request). Ventilation should run continously during the
cleaning. The same cleaning procedure has to follow at the
end of the run.
STORAGE
Once opened, containers have to be closed tightly again to
avoid a reaction with humidity. The material from opened
containers should be consumed within a short period. When
stored in a dry and cool place in the original unopened
containers storage life is as follows.
