Dear Madam,
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding my working programm. I require to have a
flexi time arrangement in order to be able to get my daughter to school every morning because my
mother has other household chores to do at home and she cannot get her to school.

Firstly, I require a flexi time arrangement because we start at 7 a.m. and we finish our work at 5 p.m.
During this programm we have a break from 12 p.m to 1 p.m. I would appreciate if you can let me come
at the office one hour later and move my lunch breake to 1 p.m. Of course, I will stay until 6 o’clock to
complete my programm.

Secondly, it will be very kind of you to let me get my six years old daughter to school. Since my mother
is occuppied in the morning and, because my father is ill and he cannot do what he usually does in the
morning, getting my daughter to school is up to me now. I would not require you such a thing if it was
not really necessary.

Finally, If the response is negative I will have to turn to someone else. And that costs more than I can
afford right now. Besides, I can leave the company and find another job which have this flexi time
policy already applied.
