1. The accused committed the offense charged under Section 5(i)

of RA 9262; and
2. Other matters relevant to this case.

Ako, si MA. CONCEPCION MEGUIZO, may sapat na gulang,

Pilipino, matapos manumpa ayon sa batas ay nagsasabi na:
a. Sasagutan ko ang mga tanong sa akin ng totoo at batay
sa pawang katotohanan lamang; at
b. Sasagutan ko ang mga tanong bilang patotoo sa mga ito,
at alam kong maari akong managot sa ilalim ng
batas/kodigo penal para sa perjury kung kamalian o
kasinungalingan ang aking sasabihin;

Q1: Mr. Witness, kilala niyo po ba mga parties sa kasong ito?

A: Kilala ko po. Kaibigan at kapitbahay ko po si Ivan.

Q2: Kelan niyo po siya kilala?

A: Mula 2007. 2006 nakatira na po ako sa 12C, 2007 sila
nagsimula tumira sa 12C.

Q3: Sino sila?

A: Si Ivan at si Kenneth at anak nila si Janneth.

Q4: Sino po si Kenneth?

A: Ang alam ko asawa ni Ivan, pero alam ko hindi sila kasal.

Q5: Ano pa po alam niyo sa kanila, kung meron pa man?

A: Mula 2007 hanggang 2016 ang alam ko pareho sila
nagsusuporta para sa kanilang anak. Si Ivan nagtitinda ng ulam,
nagiikot siya sa umaga at hapon. Si Kenneth driver noon, tapos
naging tricycle driver mula 2017.

Q6: Ano pa po alam niyo sa kanila, kung meron pa?

A: September 2016 alam ko naghiwalay na sila. Noong
naghiwalay sila, bihira ko na siya makita, nagpupunta lang para
sunduin yung anak nila sa umaga para ihatid sa school, at sa hapon,
bandang 6pm, malalaman ko na dumaan si Kenneth, sinundo si
Janneth, lalabas sila tapos iuuwi niya si Janneth bandang 9pm.

Q7: Tapos ano pa po nangyari, kung meron man?

A: Noong May 2017, sabi ni Ivan kinuha ni Kenneth yung tricycle.
Tapos, sinabi sa akin ni Ivan nawala na yung Php200.00 boundary
kada araw, na ginagamit ni Ivan para sa gastos kay Janneth. Dahil
doon, si Ivan na gumastos ng lahat para sa kanila ni Janneth.

Q8: Anong mga gastos po ito?

A: Si Ivan ang nagbabayad ng renta sa bahay, siya rin
nagbabayad ng ilaw at tubig, pagkain nila, at siya namamalengke
para sa mga pagkain na ibebenta niya para may panggastos sila.

Q9: Ano pa po napansin ninyo, kung meron pa?
