MISSION
To render accessible and equitable programs to every learner

and continue to reach those out of school youth to help them realize

their worth and boost their self-confidence for them to fully develop

themselves and act as catalysts for better change.

GOALS
1. To provide services that will aid students’ learning progress and
passionately contribute to their wholistic development.
2. To improve a learner-centered academe to become a more
conducive learner-centered public institution and passionately
build a sustainable and tangible project.
3. Teachers as parents will promote activities that will impart to
the life to the life-long learning process and academically
improve their skills through motivating and diversifying
activities that may transpire inside or outside the four corners
of the academe.
