Greetings from Suncity School!

As we are entering the post pandemic world, much has changed; especially technology that has become an
essential part of our everyday lives. Technology first businesses have thrived, and technology driven people
have excelled. Being a futuristic school, we strive to prepare our students to succeed in their endeavours
beyond today. Your continued support has always been highly appreciated.

Coming back to school, physically, gives our students an excellent opportunity to improve their hand and
eye coordination and challenge their minds whilst collaborating with peers. In this regard, Suncity School, is
pleased to renew its relationship with its knowledge partner, RoboGenius, to teach our students essential
emerging technologies in alignment with the new National Education Policy & CBSE and embark on the
leadership journey.

The curriculum of program for grades I to X will focus on the Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics
and Internet of Things (IoT) with emphasis on hands-on learning of building and programming digital
systems/technologies, as all of these are interlinked.

“Artificial Intelligence is a digital system that mimics the human brain. On the other hand, Robotics is
tangible machine that mimics human bodies. In fact, design, shape, and orientation of a robot, is our
imagination of the most efficient solution to solve a problem.

Participating in this program will provide students excellent practical hands-on knowledge of multi
disciplinary application of technology, beyond Science, Engineering and Mathematics. The much needed
collaborative activities will ignite their passion, creativity and spark the innovation in the participating
students. The process of designing and constructing projects will develop team working, creativity,
concentration, creative problem solving and programming skills in students in a logical and structured
manner.

The classes will be held once a week on Fridays, during the club hour and the program will run for the entire
academic session 2022-2023. The classes will be conducted by highly experienced faculty of RoboGenius, a
pioneer in starting Robotics and STEM in India.

The registration fee for the course is Rs.15,000/- per child per annum. The children will get to work in teams
of three students and will share one kit. Each participating student will be awarded Certification by PhD
Professors and LEGO Education on successfully completing the program at the end of the academic year.

Competition Orientation and Training

It is important for parents to have a one-to-one session with RoboGenius along with the child before a
student is included in the team. There are several international competitions to choose from and interested
parents, who want their wards to participate may email to sakshi@robogenius.com to schedule a meeting. At
present we are also taking students for World Robot Olympiad India, slated to be held in October 2022.
