Amazing food, service staff and cruise meet and greet of the
patrons. While we cruised on the Sydney 2000. One would think
you were on a 5 star Ocean liner. A very smooth trip around the
Chris “Ace” Williams Sydney Harbour with great views inside and on observation
areas, that allowed for great photo opportunities.
Highly recommend this service and what they offer for the price.
However, I don’t think it’s worth the price. We used the Discover
NSW voucher so prices weren’t such a big deal, but I would
probably never pay the original price of $99/pers.
On holidays from Melbourne and we had the perfect day for this
delightful cruise.
Delicious three course lunch and great service.

Enticed by the special weekend deal of $79 each to do this
cruise but we’ll worth it.
Would do this cruise again.
Booking was easy, boat staff were helpful and pleasant, the
Trevor Aspin food was great and the cruise was beautiful. We were very
happy with our cruise and meal.
This was our second Golden Penfolds Harbour Cruise after
having our first on the occasion of our Golden Wedding
anniversary two years ago. This time we elected for the 5.30
time slot so we could see the sights around the harbour
unfortunately the weather wasn’t very good which detracted
from our enjoyment.

The first cruise we had was excellent in all aspects however on
yesterdays cruise the food was not up to the same standard on
the 6 course degustation menu. Our wedding anniversary
celebration was only enjoyable due to the attention of our
steward Scott who really was excellent and should be
commended.
My wife and have enjoyed various cruises with the Capt Cook
group.and have always enjoyed a great day out. Sydney
Harbour, great food, great service and good value..what more
Alan Eagle
could you ask for!

This was my first Captain Cook Cruise which was with ITGA,
also my first social.
Prior to this, I'd only been on Sydney harbour ferries before.
Captain Cook Cruises are the epitome of quality, luxury, dining
& cruising & they live up to their name & high standards.
The lounges are elegantly thought out with comfort in mind &
the service is excellent.
We were shown to our allocated seats, (group booking function)
which were super comfy, & shown how to order food & drinks
via scanning the barcode on our table no. which then gave you
Helen Bennett
the option of starting your own tab.
No sooner had I ordered my first drink, it had arrived.
Our table ordered the Fat Chips & Charcuterie.
Food & drinks are over priced, (the wine is extremely marked
up) but this is a luxury dining experience afterall. Having said
that, the chips in my opinion weren't anything special, & the
Charcuterie wasn't anything fancy either.
We did however take advantage of the Happy Hour drinks!
All in all though, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience & would
definitely recommend Captain Cook Cruises.
Excellent food and service. Only brick bat is the less than
effective beverage ordering service used, hint get Me&nu much
better. As we knew what we wanted we ordered all beverages
(similar to the requested food service) and all drinks landed on
the table at once.
That said, the staff were beyond helpful. The food excellent and
my guest from Melbourne enjoyed the experience immensely.

It was great that we could get off at Circular Quay when
boarding at King St Wharf. This was not clear to me at time of
booking.
Loved our lunchtime harbour cruise, could not fault the ship, the
friendly crew and the beautiful food. A very pleasant way to
spend a few hours on Sydney harbour.
Graeme Only thing that was a bit confusing is that a lot of people got off
after having their meal after 1 1/2 hours, and other people got
on for something else. Not really explained by the company as
to how this works.
We had such a great day on the Top Deck lunch cruise! Service
Michele Perry was fabulous, very prompt as well. Cocktails were yummy! Food
wasn’t amazing but it was okay. We will be back!
Although it was nice to spend time with loved ones on the
harbour, this high tea is not value for money.
Once again we were lucky with the weather, the cruise was
graet and the food cooked to perfection, in fact I had positive
Mike Weatherly comments from my guests.
The staff were very accommodating especially Suraj. Many
thanks for another perfect trip around the harbour.
overall an excellent experience. good food and service. bit
fiddly having to order wine via the table QR and a bit of a wait
mary nelson before it arrived. also a little sneaky adding 10% for a 'tip' onto
the wine bill which you only find out that you can cancel if you
continue to read down to 'the fine print'
It was my birthday lunch, we were both super impressed with
the food and the fantastic service. It was so relaxing and
Michelle Buckley
enjoyable. It was the closest way of cruising at this point in
time, well worth every cent.
The food was excellent and the wines were delightful. However,
to advertise “up to two trips” around the harbour and only do
one. Forcing guests to have only a 90 minute gold Penfold’s
Katrina Benson experience. 90 minutes for 6 wines leads to forcing drinking or
no time to savour, enjoy or relax in a meal. It was hardly worth
the money. My partner and I would never do a degustation such
as this again with such poor arrangements.
Had my 2.5 year old son on board with me for mothers day and
triedordering hot chips but was advised in this exact wording
"his an infant and infants don't eat!" I offered to pay money for
some type of food as my almost 3 year old eats and they said
they will see what they can do for me and never came with food
Chanelle A
for my son. I ended up giving up my food for him and I missed
out. Very poor service after that especially that I was offering to
pay for extra food and had paid $700 for the group i was with,
I'm sure hot chips wouldn't of broke the budget. Other children
had hot chips on board.
The harbour was beautiful and the service was average. What
was most appalling is that one side of the ship had table clothes
and one side had no table clothes. It is discriminating to
Nikki Smuhar
separate the two sides of the ship so rudely. You could clearly
see the haves and the have not's and this is rude and
unnecessary.
Good experience. Nice to see the ocean and if luck favor u can
Tarik Hasib see 🐳. Also observed dolphin 🐬. Overall enjoyable tour for 3
hours. The presentation of the guide was awesome.
Even though the weather wasn’t the best it was still a nice
Stuart Kennedy relaxing afternoon with the best harbour in the world as the back
drop
Poor service and bad food. A waitress is very rude, and the
Jacky C
sunset dinner is terrible. Not recommended.
