The Public Health (Authorised Cemetery) (Closure) Instrument.

1. Citation.

This Instrument may be cited as the Public Health (Authorised Cemetery)

(Closure) Instrument.

2. Declaration of closure of cemetery.

It is declared that the area described in the Schedule to this Instrument is

closed as a cemetery for the municipality of Jinja.

Military Graves plot 0.62 acres on the south side of Kiira Road at its junction
with Baxi Road, Jinja.
