like to start my part using hezrbeg's motivational theory.


How to Use this theory in practice?
1) Eliminate factors of dissat isfaction at work.

-Modify and correct the company's working policies. For mutual benefits.

-Provides effective and unbiased monitoring of interests.

-Create a culture of respect for all members.

-Ensure appropriate compensation.

-The work allocation of each member must be meaningful.

-Create safety, trust and stability at work.

2) Creating conditions for job satisfaction


-Create opportunities for employees to achieve.

-Acknowledge everyone's contributions.

-Allocate work according to each person's ability.

-Create all conditions for employees to pursue the positions they want in the company.

Conclusion
In conclusion, employee motivation is the most important thing, when it is there, it will
help the company and business maintain and develop sustainably. Without employee
motivation, the company and business will not work. Business cannot succeed, cannot
survive and develop is certain, because the company's business lives by the work of its
employees.
