Wk 4. Shopping Tip __ Meaning of needs and wants, differences between needs and wants, making decision
about needs and wants ---- Impulse buying, effects of impulse buying --- After sales services I. Warranty ii.
Installation etc.

Wk 5. Bookkeeping Ethics --- Transparency, Accountability and Probity (TAP) --- Meaning, Need for TAP,
Attributes of TAP. Due process --- Meaning, Operation, Truthfulness, Openness, Fairness, Impartiality, and
Respect for the rule of law. ---- Problem created by lack of TAP and their solutions.

Wk 6. Ledger Entries --- Meaning of ledger, items on the ledger: date, particulars, folio, discounts and amount
and contra entries. How to record cash received and discount allowed.

Wk 7. Petty Cash book --- Meaning, advantages, format, columns, imprest/float and Reimbursement.
