Company’s introduction

Hoa Phat Group is one of the leading industrial production groups in

Vietnam. Hoa Phat was one of the first private enterprises to be founded after the
Vietnamese Enterprise Law was established in 1992. The company currently
employs over 9,000 people and operates a production system that includes dozens of
plants and a network of product distribution agents throughout Vietnam. After the
time of restructuring, Hoa Phat has made many strong strides. Currently, Hoa Phat is
in the Top 3 largest construction steel manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. With
the desire to build a corporation with stable and solid development, the first founders
of Hoa Phat were consistent with the policy of "Harmony and mutual development".
On that foundation, the two words Hoa Phat was born and became the common brand
of the whole corporation.
Starting from a company specializing in trading construction machines since
August 1992, Hoa Phat in turn expanded into the fields of Furniture (1995), Steel
Pipe (1996), Steel (2000), Refrigeration (2001), Real Estate (2001). Although it is a
multi-industry group, steel production is still the core business of the group. Steel
production accounts for over 80% of the group's revenue and profit. As the result, in
this assigment, I want to focus on one-of-a-kind business stategy for steel production.

Mission
For Hoa Phat Group, focusing on core products and maintaining the growth
rate of traditional industries with customers as the center, in order to do so, it is
necessary to build a prestigious and transparent brand image with the slogan
"harmony" and develop together”. With that message, the Group continuously trains
human resources, constantly improves and innovates in all aspects, which is
considered effective for success and is always a unified team, people trust and respect
each other
