KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

 
        DOMINIC MILLAN AGCAOILI, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with
residence and postal address at San Fabian, Echague, Isabela, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER
 
-AND-
 
       CLARENCE MACAAGAL PALATTAO JR, of legal age, single, Filipino, and
with residence and postal address at Auitan, San Pablo, Isabela, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYER
 

WITNESSETH;
 
       WHEREAS, the SELLER is the lawful and registered owner of a
Motorcycle vehicle with the following details:

ENGINE NO. G3J6E-0148686   SERIES YZF-R15 B1C4
CHASSIS NO. MH3RG4750J0004595   BODY TYPE MC
DENOMINATION MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT SIDE CAR   YEAR MODEL 2018

       WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to

sell the above mentioned motorcycle vehicle without side car for the amount of
Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00);
 
       NOW THEREFORE,  for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof I, the
vendor, hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer
and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto CLARENCE MACAAGAL PALATTAO
JR. the above described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 6 th day of
August 2021 at Santiago City, Isabela.

acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and
