RE: DEFRAUDING

I am ASHABA YUSUF on (21-06-2009) I was hired by in our contract agreement dated ( )

I was hired and flown by the company to Iraq as a foreign National Security specialist (FNSS)
when I got to the place of work I was deployed as a security guard.

By so doing, the employer made us sign a new contract agreement excluded the original terms
such as the right payment scale the original terms are as such indicated in the LETTER of
AUTHORISATION. The LA was only issued by the HEAD QUARTERS JOINT CONTRACT
COMMAND-IRAQ/ AE 09348 as such the employer could not make alterations to suit their
unfair terms.(Attached is a copy of the letter of authorization that was issued to me by HEAD
QUARTERS JOINT CONTRACTING COMMAND- IRAQ AE and delivered to me by my
employer).

Also attached is a copy of the memorandum that was issued to me by employer, explaining as to
why the employer had decided to make us sign another contract.

I totally disagree with the reason given in there because; we and subsequently I did not sign and
therefore did not have any contract with (T.C).

T.C was a recruiting agent. In the recruiting process T.C handed us over to employer, who gave
us the final interview and there after availed us with a contract to sign.

An FNSS is supposed to earn a GSP which is an equivalent of $45,627 per Annum, but my
employer paid me $6000 per Annum. According to the contract agreement, I was supposed to
work for twelve hours per day and six days per week, this was not adhered to as I was made to
sometimes work for a month without a day off.

I was compelled to work under conditions contrary to the contract agreement because I had been
put in conditions that made me vulnerable as such I was at the mercy of the employer.

I could have put in my compliant long time ago, but I did not have access to American lawyers
let alone the American courts of law until of recent when I accessed one.

My humble prayer is that I get a fair hearing and that my former employer is compelled to give
me and adequate compensation in conformity with the American department of labour.

Attached is the copy of the contract and all the supporting documents to confirm that I worked
with the said employer (Triple Canopy) in the war zone in Iraq.
