Sir,

The applicant most respectfully submits as under:- 

1-  Thepetitioner is a citizen of India. The petitioner is about 23 years old. The petitioner is a
permanent resident of Lakhimpur Kheri, residing at the address as mentioned in the cause title
since birth. The petitioner is the son of Anil Shukla, who is the Government officer . The
petitioner’s has a very good family background.

2- Sunil Singh who is the father of girl has registered the above mentioned case against the
applicant. Applicant is a Enginerring student pursuing B.Tech at a reputed university. The
allegation made in the FIR as alleged by the complainant are wrong, incoorect and concocted
story made by the complainant.

3- The applicant has no nexus or connection with the above mentioned offence as both of them
know each other very well. They were friends and know each other from last six months.
Applicant has no bad intention against Priya. But Priya always told Applicant that she is 21 years
old she always kept Aman in dark. Aman has no bad intention towards nor he had caused any
hurt/ injury to Priya.

4- Both of them met each other six months before in a birthday party and since they know each
other so the allegation made by complainant is completely false , they are in a mutual
relationship so the allegation made by the complainant that they don’t knew each other is
completely false and fabricated.

5- Applicant has a good family background and does not have any criminal background nor he
has had any bad intention he just wanted to marry Priya but she showcased herself as a major
infront of applicant.

6- The petitioner says and submits that there is no allegation against him requiring custodial
interrogation, this Honorable court be pleased to release him on Bail on such terms and
conditions and on such amount as this Honorable court may deem fit and proper. The petitioner
undertakes to extend his fullest co-operation to the police and report at the police station as and
when required for any investigation. The petitioner has his roots in Lakhimpur Kheri and is
living in Lakhimpur Kheri since his birth. There is no apprehension of the petitioner absconding.
There is no threat of the petitioner tampering with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
7- That the applicant undertakes for not to hamper the bail and ready to furnish the bail bonds of
sound amount for the satisfaction of the Hon’ble court.
8- That in such type of false cases the bail is rule and refusal of the bail will not serve any
purpose.

PRAYER:
It is, therefore prayed that the applicant may kindly be released/granted anticipatory bail and the
____ concerned of concerned police station ____ may kindly be directed to release the applicant
on bail in the event of their arrest
