PARISH TRANSITION REPORT
Declaration 157
For a smooth transition in the removal and transfer of parish priest (cf. Canon 538, 1),
The outgoing parish priest shall prepare a Parish Transition Report to be given in the incoming
parish priest, containing the following:
1. Information on the organization of the parish, Indicating the number of chapels, the
members of Pastoral Council and a list of the staff of the parish;

5. Major pastoral accomplishment yeah during the tenure of the outgoing parish priest;
The accomplishments that we do in our chapel are as follow:
Extension of the chapel, dated last 2019.
Placing of Grotto of Mahal na Birhen in the side area of the chapel.
Arranged and fixed the area of the comfort room and sink in the chapel.
7. List and description of pastoral challenges and proposed areas for action of the
incoming parish priest.
One of the challenges that our pastoral faced is that we are lack of residents that
will come and join the mass in our chapel, because they rather attend the mass in the
main church. Although we still encourage the people in our barangay to attend and
participate in the mass gathering as a support in our chapel.
