REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AT DESTINATION

Import invoice:
This invoice is for customs purposes only, so the information included may not be the same as on the
commercial invoice.

The import invoice must include the following information:

- Vendor- the Company which signed the manufacturing contract with Cobra.
- Consignee:
o To be confirmed
- Cargo value- In case the vendor is in charge of the air/maritime freight it must be included
along with the insurance value.
- Each of the items must include the following information:
o Description
o Use
o Main function
o Material
o Serial number
o Country of manufacture
o HS code (customs code)

Packing list:
The following information is required for each of the packages:

o Length (mm)
o Width (mm)
o Height (mm)
o Cubic meters
o Gross weight
o Net weight
o Stackable or not; in case it is stackable, on how many tiers it can be piled up.

If the cargo includes this kind of documentation the supplier must provide it along with the rest of
the documents.

Material Safety Data Sheet:

In case part or the whole cargo is classified as dangerous material (IMO) all the MSDS are required in
order to make the customs clearance.

Certificate of origin:
A certificate of origin must be issued for each shipment of the purchase order.
