Balancing the Unbalanced

An Important thing we need to remember is that though the developments in the


sciences and innovation and in different fields have been colossal and quick, there
have not been equal advancements in societies and qualities. While sciences and
technology have provided us with means of control of natural forces and of
harnessing nuclear energy, man has rapidly list power of control over his mind,
his thought and emotions. The old religious dogmas, ritual and concepts also have
not helped him in having self-control, inner harmony and peace. In this way. what
is presently required to change in information and ideas that should prompt
change our disposition and viewpoint and further to change in value, behaviour,
relations and life style.
Since our childhood we have been experiencing anxiety, fear, hurry,
hypersensitivity, looking too seriously into the shortcoming of others , feeling
disturbed at wrong-doing or bad habits of others , taking too much to mind the ill
- treatment met out by others, occurrence of failure and feelings of guilt, too much
noise and disturbance in the environment, physical ailments, like high blood
pressure, over-work and a fatigue, etc be the major causes of mental and physical
tension. In all our highs and lows we found that what really work is positive
thinking and self - discipline. The current epidemics are the outcome of our
negative thoughts such as anger, anxiety, jealous and ill- treatments with
ourselves, our surrounding, our environment and also with the universe.
It is well said that "Our thoughts are our destiny!”. I believe truth always lies
some place in the middle. Among positive and negative reasoning falsehoods
Balanced Thinking. The intensity of Balanced Thinking is that it keeps you
reasonable at all focuses. It makes you face determined challenges, encourages
you behave morally, fabricates your respectability, gives a mirror to investigate
now and again and shields you from tumbling from the precipice.
It is staggering that on an exceptionally inspirational standpoint about the
eventual fate of the world only half a month prior, an imperceptible infection has
bolted everybody inside and made extraordinary dread over the globe. From a
lifted-up the province of 'I Am Possible', We have collided with a vulnerability in
the blink of an eye. Our needs in a matter of seconds have moved to endurance
and well-being from doing combating belief systems, partners, nations and
networks. This isn't only a reminder. It is nature's hard slap on humankind, which
is boldly obliterating the environment that is normally intended for everybody's
prosperity. The Coronavirus pandemic has given us the decision on being
'fearless' and 'positive' and additionally being reasonable, wary and dependable.
This is an ideal opportunity to deliver your self-assured relational abilities and
request that individuals protect a separation and endure.
As a race, the current circumstance offers us, maybe a last opportunity to adapt
rapidly and repair our ways. It is time we acknowledged our constraints and not
simply played to our qualities. It is time we consume our personalities and
practice quietude.
Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As we think, those waves
/ frequencies are sent out into the universe, and they magnetically attract all like
things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the sources.
And the sources are human mind i.e. what you speak, think and feel. The power
of human mind is the most powerful transmission of the universe. The frequency
that we transmit reaches to beyond cities, beyond countries and beyond the world.
It reverberates throughout the entire Universe.
Today, what we are surrounded with anger, anxiety, fear, jealousy, etc. do we
really need this in return from the nature, the answer is 'NO’. Definitely we would
love to see faces with smiles, fearless, confident and healthy everywhere.
In the recent milieu we all are home quarantine, we all can utilize this time of
alleged our mental frequency of mediation for self-healing, health and harmony
for our family members, friends, nation and the universe across.
To receive health, prosperity, abundance and harmony, we have to start giving
the same to the universe through our actions, emotions, words, vibrations with
energy and thoughts via meditation and affirmation. Balancing our thoughts is a
challenging task, but not impossible, spread only positivity in your surroundings
smile, laugh, create positive vibes, gratitude to everyone in your life, be thankful
for all the little things that matter in your life and many more things can be
practise. In a nutshell, It’s all in our Mind!
This is an open door for us to start being responsible, discipline and sensible. This
is an opportunity to create Balanced Thinking and quit losing it by over-thinking,
which, put in another way, is essentially being insensitive and thoughtless. Let us
balance the unbalance.
