Students may pleage note:-

1. All the students are required to report at lnstitute on above mentioned date failing which the
marks for lndustrial Training (i.e. 200 marks) will rlot be fonrvarded to National Council for Hotel
Management, Noida.

Students are further directed to carry the following:-

(a) One CD containing Power Point Presentation of one core department of the Hotel (10-15
slides)

(b) Two handwritten copies of lndustrial report i.e. one original & second photocopy. printed
reports are not acceptable,
(c) lndustrial Training Certificate and Appreciation tetter (if any) in original alongwith two
photocopies each.
(d) Log Book
(e) PAF (Performance Appraisal Form) of 4 Core Departments of the Hotel.
