CRITICAL ANALYSIS

I have worked as an HR internee at university of Lahore Islamabad Campus. This internship has
taught me many useful things which will help me to achieve my goals in Future, because faculty
was very friendly and helped me very professionally to improve my skills. The atmosphere of
the department in which I was working was very friendly, which helped me to be confident and
well-motivated.
As an HR internee I have learnt how to manage HR activities and how to maintain a record of
the employees, which will help me to recruit best employees in any organization for future. I
also observed that every employee was working according to his own strategy which was very
helpful for the department or the organization to achieve good results. I have also noticed that
the department has the rules not to burdened any employee in the organization/department
which effects his/her performance. The best thing I learnt in this internship was communication
skills which are very important if you are working as an HR manager in any organization and my
communications skills have been improved by working as an internee, and also the team work
in this department/organization was remarkable everyone was very helpful and was
appreciating on every achievement I got during this intership.
