Dear
Students of Semester 1 and Semester 3 – Durgapur Society for Safety and
Professional
Education.
 
you are aware that
online examination will be held in the month of August 2021 the exact date of
which  will be intimated latter. (Probably 1st week of
August)
 
We expect that you
are preparing yourselves for the examination. You are to write all answers on
A4 size pages having dedicated page numbers written on the top of each page .
The front page of
each paper has been provided by the Council. The copy of the
front page is attached herewith. Copy
of this front  page is to be printed
for each examination. This page is to be filled properly before
start of the
examination.
The question paper
will be sent to you as per the direction of the Council. ie 15 minutes before
commencement of the examination.
 
OTHER GUIDE LINES AS FOLLOWS:
 
1.     
Duration
of EiOM will be 3 hours for full paper and 2 hours for half paper.
2.     
The
password protected question papers will be sent to you in your mail.(Password Will
be provided along with question paper)
 3.     
Students
have to write the answer of the questions in own handwriting using A4 size
pages. Each completed answer script must possess a FRONT PAGE (A4 size)
carrying details
(Course Name, Registration Number, Roll Number, Subject Name
& Date of Examination) of
the student.
4.      After completion of the
examination, students have to send a scanned copy of the answer
script along with
the filled in front page (in single PDF file) to their Institute through E-mail
within the stipulated time. The pdf file should be named as ,<registration
No> _<Subject
Code>_ <date of Examination>. Scanned signature of the students on the front
page/answer scripts
will not be acceptable.
5.     
Students
will be provided with additional time
of 30 minutes for sending the scanned
answer script after the
examination hours. As there is time restriction for sending the
answer script
to the Institute, students should be very much careful about it and must make
necessary arrangements prior to appearing in the examination on each day.
6.     
Students
must preserve the physical answer scripts without any alteration until the
publication of the result. Making changes in physical answer scripts after
sending to their
respective Institute would result in cancellation of
examination.
7.     
Attendance
will be maintained by google form . As such time of completion of
examination
will be recorded automatically . Hence all students must maintain the
stipulated
 time of completion of the
examination. All answers scripts must be sent to the institute email
within the
