receivable accountant (FI-CA) creates ILM policies?

If so, follow this interactive tutorial.

(1) To open the app, select the ILM Policies tile.

(2) In the Policy Category field, select Retention Rules.

(3) In the Audit Area field, select BUPA_DP.

(4) In the ILM Object field, enter CA_BUPA and press Enter.

(5) Choose New.

(6) In the Policy Name field, enter FICA_TEST0 ad press Enter.

(7) In the Available Conditions Fields area, select APPL_NAME.

(8) Select APPL_RULE_VARIANT.

(9) To move the fields from the Available Condition Fields area to the Selected Condition
Fields area, choose the right arrow.

(10) To save your selection, choose Save.

The policy, FICA_TEST0, has been created.

(11) Choose Edit Rules.

(12) Choose Add.

(13) To add a rule, select the row.

(14) In the Application Name column, enter MKK and press Enter.

(15) In the Min. Retent. Time column, enter 3 and press Enter.

(16) In the Max. Retention Time column, enter 4 and press Enter.

(17) In the Retention Time Unit column, select Month.

(18) In the Time Ref. column, open the Input Help.

(19) Select Start of Retention Period (End of Month).

(20) Choose Check.

(21) Choose Change Status.

(22) To save your changes, choose Yes.

(24) To return to the launchpad, choose Home.
