POSITION DETAILS
Position Title: Agile Coach Location: Mumbai
Reports to: CTO - Technology Department: Technology
Band: C Role Type: People Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Agile Coach will be responsible to drive Agile Transformation across the Organization, enabling Leaders to create High
Performing product engineering teams.

Key strategic responsibilities include:


 Improving Engineering and Delivery Excellence through adoption of Agile practices.
 Increasing Transparency and Predictability of the product and project deliverables.
 Enabling Organizational Agility by creating the Environment for Change.

The person should be having a good experience in Agile coaching or consulting and should have driven Agile
transformations for various product engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish and manage Agile Transformation roadmap.
2. Provide Agile consulting and support to Senior leadership.

3. Set up governing guidelines to support all Agile based practices.


4. Provide hands-on support to Product Engineering teams in adopting an Agile mindset.
5. Teach / Mentor / Coach teams through observation and feedback, as well as through regular trainings on Agile.
Lead teams through Forming, Storming, Norming to Performing using Scrum to achieve higher levels of Agile

maturity.

7. Implement Agile metrics for data driven decision making and demonstrating impact of Transformation efforts.
8. Establish mechanism to capture Capacity Utilization and provide data to support Software Capitalization

9. Create an Agile Community to discuss, debate and improve Agile practices across organization.

REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL

1. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influence and general leadership skills to guide, mentor and motivate the
team in an environment of trust and fun.
Expertise in Scrum (certification preferred- CSM/ICP-ACC) to guide teams on Agile transformation journey, to
