POSITION SUMMARY
Agile Coach will be responsible to drive Agile Transformation across the Organization, enabling Leaders to create High
Performing product engineering teams.
The person should be having a good experience in Agile coaching or consulting and should have driven Agile
transformations for various product engineering teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish and manage Agile Transformation roadmap.
2. Provide Agile consulting and support to Senior leadership.
9. Create an Agile Community to discuss, debate and improve Agile practices across organization.
REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
1. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influence and general leadership skills to guide, mentor and motivate the
team in an environment of trust and fun.
Expertise in Scrum (certification preferred- CSM/ICP-ACC) to guide teams on Agile transformation journey, to
